great ice cream and good service.
Poor customer service. Teenage kids are rude and disinterested in working there. Had no where to sit because they had back area closed off way before closing time.
Arrived at 7pm and met out of town family/friends to sit, talk, eat ice cream. Attempted to sit in rear dining area but was told by rude, whiny staff that that area was already cleaned and we couldn’t sit there. She said we could sit outside at a picnic table in the 40-50 degree weather instead of inside. Called other friends that were to meet us and told them to go somewhere else since staff didn’t want to work until their closing time of 9pm. Customer service?? There is...read full review
