Thumbs down to the rude closing manager on the 11/16 an 11/17 in Quakertown, wait staff was nice she was very rude made us feel like we were a inconvenience..Very disappointed!!

I am not necessarily suggesting that this location isn't on lar with others, but it's an Applebee's and the food is mostly mediocre (like most franchises).

I was so satisfied with the service at the applesbeee in Quakertown! The waitress was very attentive and sweet. I had a concern about my food and she got the manager Tonya Zaengle to address the concern and she was such an amazing person and took care of the issue right away without making me feel uncomfortable! She gave us a coupon and dessert for the inconvenience! I recommend this place! Good food and people!!!

Our waitress needs to learn some manners didn’t get her name because she only took our order and our money. Long story short she charged us for a free app and I pointed it out on the bill she brought it back “corrected” it looked like she comped it for the app and recharged me for everything twice so I asked another girl nicely if she could grab her so she can explain why I was charged twice and why it was not corrected however our lovey waitress decided to tell the girl “How special can they be it’s so simple why should I have to explain this” well needless to say I’m not happy and I will be filing any kind of complaint I can.

Good choice for a casual meal. Inexpensive and the service is good. Good size portions Beer, wine, and cocktails available.

Came on a Saturday night for dinner there was maybe a handful of tables at 8 o’clock. We had the waitress get our drink order and take our food order and then we never saw her again. The food runner brought our food out then the bartender brought us our check and finally refilled our beverages after waiting 10 minutes with empty cups. Absolutely love the food at Applebee’s. It’s very consistent no matter which store you go to, but Service has become hit or miss.

We hadn't been here in a while but had a wonderful meal with Hanna our waitress. She was so very personable, attentive and a true delight. Also the host was also wonderful. We watched her be so kind to everyone she encountered. Food was great. Needless to say we will be back soon!

Parking: Just an FYI. You moved the Veteran spot to a tight corner. Some vets might struggle with that a little. Overall all good though

Went to the Quakertown location for a late dinner. Ordered endless wings, shrimp, ribs meals and we waited and waited. The food was like warm. My daughter ordered a kids meal with mozzarella sticks and she never received them in the hour and a half we were there. Terrible service all around. We had to ask a manager for our bill as we were not given more of the all you can eat and waited 30 minutes for our waitress.

I usually don’t even leave reviews, and I hate giving one stars. I really like to see the better in people and give benefit of the doubt. But the customer service I just received from one of the blonde bartenders was absolutely horrible. We went to the bar to get a drink, my buddy (26) forgot his ID at his house. The bartender proceeded to give us constant attitude and the worst respect I’ve ever encountered because he was trying to get an orange out of my drink. It’s unfortunate people work in customer service that act like this and sadly nothing will get done from this review. But customers, beware. The customer service here is horrible. Food came out super quick though! Made sure to leave her a great tip and hopefully she learned from that on how to treat people better.
