Well we wanted to try this Arby’s but never again am I coming in to your place in Quakertown . It was so empty inside and waited 20 min for our food . All fast food is a bad place to go anymore.

Well, I figured I’d give this location a try since the renovation was completed. I was wrong..Chose to dine in, and simple order for two people took 20 min. While waiting for our food, the next two single orders waited almost as long. As we ate our meals in the dining area, we couldn’t help to overhear thestaff behind the counter arguing and bickering about their jobs. This place is absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. The workers smell and don’t have hygiene. The walkway is cover with trash and cigarette butts. The windows are also disgusting. Idk how this place is still running. My food didn’t even come out right aswell as it did not taste good. All I heard from the workers was complaining. Never coming back
I waited over 20 minutes for four milkshakes only to never get my milkshakes. I watched at least 10 other customers come in order their food and leave some of them actually having milkshakes they didn’t even offer an apology asked for a refund was granted my refund and left. I don’t recommend eating at this location.

We both got Ruben sandwiches. They were so soggy. The bread wasn't toasted and the fries were squishy loke they has been sitting for a while. Absolutely not worth 12$ a meal. The workers didn't ask if we wanted any sauces. There were no pleasantries at all at the window and employees often seem bothered by the fact that they have customers. Highly dissapointed in this location.
