Use to love this place. We ordered 2 iced chai lattes. We waited nearly 15-20 min with no one in line ahead of us. We were handed 2 hot drinks and told the girl behind the counter they were iced drinks we ordered. She opened the fridge and said “we don’t have that” and walked away. When we told another girl behind the counter that we received the wrong drinks she said she needed the drinks back. Very strange experience. I understand if you run out of an item simply put a sign on the menu so others don’t order it or offer to make another drink at the very least. We asked for a refund and received more attitude. It’s a shame the staff really ruin opportunities for customers to even enjoy it.

Inside the Quakertown Q-Mart near entrance/exit 22.An unexpected delight! Many items to choose from at reasonable prices.Not a "Fine Dining" place, but that has no reflection on the taste or quality of the food & drink available at Babushkas.Very friendly & helpful staff.

My girlfriend raved about this place for a very long time and we finally got a chance to go together - and let me say, it did not disappoint. The coffee and the wedding cake cupcake were both amazing. We ordered as they were closing up on a Sunday and everything was still fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend stopping in - I can’t wait to go back!

Bought what were supposed to be blueberry and pumpernickel bagels here last week. Got them home and found out they were cinnamon raisin, which I can't eat. This isn't even the first time this has happened here. I was VERY explicit in my order to the teenager behind the counter. The food is good, but incompetent staff is a deal-breaker for me. I'm never going back.

Babushka's has recently gone under renovation. The majority of the dine-in seating is gone, and it also seems like the competent staff went with it. My Partner and I have given them a chance three separate times because we loved the old setup and food. The food tastes great, if you're ok with always having something wrong with it. The coffee similarly is unpredictable at best. The drinks are never the same from one visit to the next. This seems due to the fact that most of not all the old staff/cooks are gone and replaced with young, inexperienced staff. Truly a shame to see such good food get wasted on poor choices in redecorating and untrained staff.
