No longer Batch, is now 27 Degrees? Went for milkshakes order was for 3 standard flavors, cookies and cream x 2 and chocolate. Wanna guess how long it took? 15-20min to get them. Never again. I don’t know if it’s because it’s no longer Batch but will not be going back again.

Was excited to try here but when we arrived it was NOT open despite website posted hours of 12-8 at Trolley Barn! Disappointed

. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now, and the drinks + food are always consistent with quality and taste regardless of who’s working, which is really important. The drive thru line usually moves pretty fast, and everyone who works here has always been friendly!

The nachos are a must! Comes with multiple flavors of ice cream, toppings and waffle cone chips.
Delicious ice cream! My nephew had a small scoop of vanilla and I had the cake batter. Perfect for ending a night at the market.

Currently traveling and saw the Batch MicroCreamery on the way. The pictures looked great and the atmosphere a nice pitstop. However, my expectations were quickly lost due to the lack of customer service. The young ladies running the batch had zero customer service skills. They were good at talking and standing around while the line grew. It appeared that providing any service to customers other than a single scoop of ice cream was too challenging for them...
