This location used to be good...once upon a time, now like just about every location I've been to recently has gone down hill. It was pretty good here until after the renovations and I'm guessing new management...seems to be a trend where service doesn't match the upgrades, I've notice this across the chains. My biggest complaint is their food just isn't served hot enough and tables don't get cleaned fast enough. The barely warm food along with the price increases is what is going to hurt these fast food establishments. The best days are gone for these fast food places. Even after asking to be served a hot burger they can't do it. Also the wait time for dinning in is unsatisfactory as they prioritize the drive thru. I don't even know why people go to BK anymore except they have very limited options and it really isn't a value anymore anyway. The new remodeling isn't good at all and a far cry from the more comfortable seating of the past. Some things don't change for the better and this is a perfect example. BK you can do better.

Do better BK your service is horrible the register lady that was working at 12:30 noon on 8/28/25 Is very rude her excuse is “this is the way I talk” WHAT ???? I will be never coming back to this location!!!!

This locations service has been crap for years but now its really bad. They can never make an order right and the kids that work their just laugh when your order is wrong.. This place and the Qtown pizza hut are officially my list of ever visiting again.
Burger King Quakertown is going downhill fast. Always understaffed, bathrooms dirt and always messing up orders. Our son is autistic & we ordered plain hamburger nothing but ketchup. Shift manager there was a real smart mouth and purposely kept making it wrong causing us to have to come back inside to get a replacement burger. Manager even comment that one of the two were right, which means she was fully aware she was messing up the order. We had to keep going back 3-4 times trying to get it right bec he won’t eat it with a pickle and this smartass kept putting a pickle on it on purpose. Shameful & unprofessional. Just disgusting behavior towards a little autistic boy

The food is cold when you get it. Service is slow and unfriendly. Frankly most of the 5 star reviews seem payed for there is no way they are talking about the same place

Management are rude jerks to the customers and employees. The Dude manager gives a creepy vibe to the younger female employees. Someone should investigate this place for hiring children.

I went through the drive through and they gave my order to the guy in front of me then told me I wasn't allowed to reorder because I walked through the drive through. I can't exactly go in when the doors are locked? They took my money and claimed I had to leave for "their safety"

The double drive through was a terrible idea! I was waiting in line behind one car. As I pulled up to order another car came in after me in the other lane and they took there order first! I waited at least 4 minutes in line. Obviously I didn't order!!!!!!

The service is absolutely horrible. I don’t even leave reviews like that but I needed to Address how horrible the employees are and it’s not just one every single time we come here they take 15 minutes to answer on the speaker and then the service is just rude. They have attitude they’re disrespectful. They’re short they snatch your money. Anything you can think of of horrible service it’s them -10 out of 10

Horrible location to get something to eat. Today they had messed up our order. I let them know at the drive-thru window what we were missing. After pulling around, the manager on duty by the name of Sean, said “let me have the bag and the receipt” before I could get a sentence out. She went on to tell us we had everything we ordered after explaining the issue and showing her the receipt. The manager even went to the extent of taking our food out and touching it without gloves, then proceeded to place it back into the bag to give to us. She named each individual item we had and I felt she was trying to undermine us. 10 minutes spent over an issue that could have been easily resolved. Eventually we got the rest of the food we ordered. I was concerned with the health and safety of this establishment and the way they handled the situation. I mentioned calling corporate. One of the kids around 16-17 working screamed “do it then” and continued to make remarks. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I have had. Please do better and hire more knowledgeable employees that understand professionalism and customer service.
