The food is cold when you get it. Service is slow and unfriendly. Frankly most of the 5 star reviews seem payed for there is no way they are talking about the same place

Management are rude jerks to the customers and employees. The Dude manager gives a creepy vibe to the younger female employees. Someone should investigate this place for hiring children.

I went through the drive through and they gave my order to the guy in front of me then told me I wasn't allowed to reorder because I walked through the drive through. I can't exactly go in when the doors are locked? They took my money and claimed I had to leave for "their safety"

The double drive through was a terrible idea! I was waiting in line behind one car. As I pulled up to order another car came in after me in the other lane and they took there order first! I waited at least 4 minutes in line. Obviously I didn't order!!!!!!

The service is absolutely horrible. I don’t even leave reviews like that but I needed to Address how horrible the employees are and it’s not just one every single time we come here they take 15 minutes to answer on the speaker and then the service is just rude. They have attitude they’re disrespectful. They’re short they snatch your money. Anything you can think of of horrible service it’s them -10 out of 10

Horrible location to get something to eat. Today they had messed up our order. I let them know at the drive-thru window what we were missing. After pulling around, the manager on duty by the name of Sean, said “let me have the bag and the receipt” before I could get a sentence out. She went on to tell us we had everything we ordered after explaining the issue and showing her the receipt. The manager even went to the extent of taking our food out and touching it without gloves, then proceeded to place it back into the bag to give to us. She named each individual item we had and I felt she was trying to undermine us. 10 minutes spent over an issue that could have been easily resolved. Eventually we got the rest of the food we ordered. I was concerned with the health and safety of this establishment and the way they handled the situation. I mentioned calling corporate. One of the kids around 16-17 working screamed “do it then” and continued to make remarks. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I have had. Please do better and hire more knowledgeable employees that understand professionalism and customer service.

This Burger King went way down hill. The new people they have now it’s BS. The one girl named Thelma there is so horrible and slow!!!!!! She messed up on my order and other people order! I also work for Uber and DoorDash I have been there and she has gave my order for a customer to a drive through once I seen her. Then I was there waiting with other people in the drive thru 30 minutes for each car to get through!! I waited at the speaker for 20 minutes than had to wait another 30 minutes for my food!! Then on top of all that my order was still wrong the fiery mozzarella sticks were hard and cold. My burger was cold not even hot!! Then I had to come back again to get my right order again because THELMA messed up on my order which should have been correct! She lazy and don’t care just about her phone because all orders are messed up and take forever to get out. It’s supposed to be FAST FOOD NOT SLOW FOOD!!

If I could give zero I would.
I placed an order online then drove to the store and went in to pickup.
After 20 extra minutes of being in the store we left without our food.
The staffs sole focus was handling the drive through orders. There were 9 staff members and non of them handed any of the customers in store their orders.
After 15 minutes of waiting we asked and we told here's the order they were just waiting on the burgers, so our sides were sitting in a bag, on the counter for 15+ minutes. Seriously?
Funny that people could drive up, order and be gone in 5 minutes but you couldn't manager to make 2 burgers in 20+ minutes....

An absolutely horrible store at the moment. And has been for a long time. Today was the last straw. 17 minutes at the window for a mobile order. An equally long beforehand, prepaid order. With one car in front of me, which the drive through attendant skipped me for. I worked in fast food for 3 years, I don't wanna be preachy but come on. And I shouldn't have missing food after that long either.

We enjoy our visit for Whopper Wednesday, but I think the
Management needs to step up to there employees. There is one employee making very weird loud noises and just continued very childishly.

Impossible whopper usually great but was dried out today.
We ordered on 8/17/24 over 50 dollars worth of food and when we got there they said they didn’t receive our order and it withdrew the money from our account and they told us that we had to contact the customer service to get our money back we did the customer support process and they were supposed to be in contact within 24-48 hours we still have not heard anything and have been trying ever since.
