They've gone severely down hill this year. 3 stars is generous. It takes forever to even place the order. Sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes before someone even came to the speaker. They always get the order wrong and forget sauces. You can tell they don't have enough people working and the people that are working don't get paid enough so they just don't care.
