This review comes a little late but I’ve already expressed my concern to you. you yelled everything to me except an apology with zero acknowledgement of your mistake. You were mean and nasty and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. You screamed and talked over me even tho I didn’t yell once. Maybe you were having a bad day I don’t know but Your customer service skills are non existent. Do better.

I stopped in to buy treats for a picnic. I was expecting an assortment of goodies to choose from. What I saw was an uninspiring collection of very expensive cupcakes and lots of "gift items."I'll stick with the bakery in Qmart.

Beautiful custom cookies and cupcakes. I highly recommend this bakery. Everyone could not stop saying how beautiful the cookies were and how delicious the cupcakes tasted. Owner responded quickly to all of my requests and concerns.

I would give a million stars if google allowed me to! What a great experience all around! Last minute, I realized I had no cake for my mother in law. I googled bakeries at 9PM on a Thursday looking for a cake, well aware it was a shot in the dark as her birthday was Sunday. I found C & C Confections, saw the beautiful work of this bakery, texted Christina, and she ended up having a spare cake. (She texted me back the same night, literally within 20 minutes of me texting her) In ONE day, she prepared the most beautiful and delicious birthday cake for my mother in law. I was still able to choose the icing flavor, the writing, colors, etc. She even decorated it with some flowers and sent me a picture when it was done. Christina is professional, kind, and makes the best cake! it was worth every penny. I could not recommend this bakery more!Thank you, Christina!

I just had a great experience with C & C and want to share. I called Christina at a friends request as I was caught in a jam with getting my usual order of cookie trays to give to my customers. I needed 20 cookie trays with about 50 cookies per tray and a good variety , and I also needed before Christmas !! Not only did Christina and her team deliver but the trays looked amazing and our customers LOVED them.. I did sample one of each and I can honestly say they are quite delicious. The price was very reasonable and the service was tops. Thank you so much and I look forward to working with you in the future for all our sweets !!
