I asked for fries and payed for them, but they gave me chick fil a sauce flavored chips(I hate chick fil a sauce). It was a long day and all I wanted was delicious waffle fries; I am very upset with this poor quality.

I came here on Labor Day, when they were closing at 7. I placed my order before 7, on the app, and arrived at the mobile drive thru at 6:58, and they blocked off the lanes. So, I went to the door but they had them locked. We knocked, they come to the door and say the app will refund you, weāre closed. So, we explain our order was already taken and they say well thereās nothing we can do WHILE there are ppl in their drive thru who still have not gotten their orders yet!! It was so rude and lazy. It was evident that they could make our food, but just didnāt want to. Now Iām out of my money with no refund nor food. Iām extremely disappointed.

It is completely unacceptable for me to have to cancel a DoorDash pickup just because youāre out of peach for your drinks. They had an issue with my Doordash I was picking up. This was because they were out of peach and it was in my Doordash pickup, 2 peach frosted lemonades, and because they were out of the peach, the order wouldnāt go through their system. So I had to cancel the order and lose out on money! It was a $21 order on DoorDash for me to deliver! Thanks a lot!! How about order more peach so I donāt have to cancel the order?!? One thing out of stock shouldnāt mean I cancel the order. I deserve a free gift card of $20 for having to put up with this! Fix your systems so they have no errors whatsoever! Your systems are supposed to work flawlessly no matter what! No ifs, ands, or buts!
