I guess I’m just a glutton for punishment, because this is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience here. If you’re in the mood for a mini burrito at full price, this is the place for you. What a waste of money. Definitely my last visit to this Chipotle!

I read the reviews before going in, and so we entered with caution. The location seemed clean, and the kitchen area looked clean and organized from what we saw. The food was good, and mostly fresh except for the lettuce and the salsa. The tomatoes in the salsa looked a little sad, and so did some of the lettuce.

Overall, we enjoyed the flavor of the food and the quality.

We only really come here on weekday nights or a Sunday late afternoon, so we've not dealt with a crazy rush. I order online and it's almost always on time and correct. I feel like they keep it much cleaner than the location in Trexlertown. I appreciate the outdoor seating.

I asked avocado on side instead of putting in the bowl and they charged an extra $3.00 for it…

I would also give zero stars if I could. Someone please help this place get it together. Other reviewers aren’t lying when they say this location is dirty, can’t get an online order correct, and there are always a bunch of workers standing around like they have no clue what to do next. Last time I ordered online, I got nothing resembling what I ordered, which is funny because there are labels on every piece of the order stating exactly what should be inside. I didn’t know I had to quality check my own food before driving 20 minutes home to open the container and find something I couldn’t eat. Lesson learned. I had to use the asinine online chat function to get my money back, which I only received in the form of a free entree voucher. Today I went online to use the free entree because I was in the area and, hey, they owe me a dinner and I believe in 2nd chances… “no more available pickup times for today, try again tomorrow” when it’s supposedly 3 hours until they close. Not worth it. If you live in between locations like I do, go to the Trexlertown one instead.

This place is such a dump, the food is old and rice is dry. Customer service is absolute garbage. Extremely rude always shaking food off of the spoon when you ask for lil more then they say stuff under their breath. Trash laying everywhere even on the food counter which they sweep into ur bowl. Save urself and ur toilet and eat at home

We walked into a mess of a restaurant. Only was diner was dining. Two girls behind the counter were talking with one another and as soon as I approached the counter they turned and walked away. I looked around and walk out.
I was angry because I love Chipotle. It's my good too for fresh and healthy food. I love the one in Dresher. This one was disgusting and rude. Where was the manager?

*Update* filled out the contact customer support form and nobody contacted me , got some generic message from the bot promising to get better next time or something along those lines , won't be going again and donating any more of my money *
Pretty much a failure all over the place . Ordered two chicken bowls . They had zero lettuce ,they put in items I asked not to have included then didn't add items I wanted . . The chips gave off a burnt like popcorn taste , inedible so not sure if they ran out of basically everything but I waited at the counter with nobody wanting to help me with my pickup . Got home and saw all of this and spending 20 plus dollars on absolute garbage is embarrassing . I don't need much to be satisfied but this is again very embarrassing and pretty much robbing everyone who ordered tonight .

Terrible place to eat. Not worth the money. Small portions and very expensive for what you get. Sloppy making the burrito and bowl. Sauce and cheese on the outside of containers. My son also found a hair in his burrito.

This was a total waste of $33! The woman who served us was so sloppy and barely filled our bowl! To top it all off she wrapped my son’s burrito so sloppy he couldn’t even hold it…topping it all was the hair she left for him inside the burrito! Disgusting! Waste of money and just nasty!

I paid for a chicken bowl and got a skimpy amount of burnt brown rice and a little scoop of chicken. My stomache isn't even halfway full. This is beyond disappointing. I'm really sick and tired of feeling ripped off coming to this place. Every time I try to give this place another chance to not disappoint me I get the same negative result. The tables are all dirty as well. This is the last time I will let this place rip me off .

Ordered on Doordash and the employees really messed it up. Forgot to even make a bowl so obviously it didn’t get to the dasher. Got the other order completely wrong, the only thing right was the chips and queso which is just sad. Like it’s not that hard to get orders right. Also spelled my name wrong somehow, really don’t understand that. All together it was a bad experience, normally chipotle is good but they just messing shit up for fun at this point
