The manager April is fantastic, but Staff has been rushing lately not dressing cookies accordingly and forgetting toppings. I know they ask if everything looks ok, but I shouldn’t have to remind them to do their jobs correctly.
Possibly the worst experience I have had as far as customer service is concerned. I placed an order for a birthday present. I got confirmation the order was received and would be delivered as requested. When I checked the app. I saw the order was not delivered. I called the store and they told me it wasn't their problem and to call door dash. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told there was none available. In fact, the young man I spoke to hung up on me. I've been a crumbl customer for years and love their product but will never use tjis particular location again.
