I got a chicken Ceasar salad unknowing they were pre-made and pre packaged. I opend it to 75% of the lettuce being brown. I called the store and they said "well it's in expiration date so there's nothing we can do. It came from commissary that way." Which from someone who orders there all the time for my kids i won't be a returning customer after that response. I was then told the manager would call Me back and never did. Really disappointed.. it wasn't about the $6.99, it was that they didn't care about the fact that their food was inedible for a return customer.

I put an order on their app the other day 1 large bacon pizza 1 large sausage pizza and some loaded tots. A pretty basic order I got home with my order after picking it up and there was no sausage on the one pizza I call to tell them there wasn’t any sausage and they barely speak English and he just kept saying he doesn’t understand me. He then hands the phone to the other guy and I tell him and he too says he doesn’t understand me at this point I’m getting pissed off because all they are saying is they don’t understand me. The last thing he said was he will make another one. I should also probably add that they only had one other order I could see it on the screen when I walked in. There’s absolutely no reason my order should have been messed up. I should also add that the bacon pizza was definitely overcooked and was less than desirable. They are just a bunch of dumb ass slackers. After I get my replacement pizza I will not be going back. 1/10 will not be ordering from this establishment again.

There is an issue with the dominoes app and when I called into the store to ask if they were accepting online coupons with call in orders due to this issue, I was told "I don't know" that I have to use the app and when I explained again the their app isn't working and asked if I could place an order over the phone, I was told "I don't know" when I asked if there was anyone there that would know, I was hung up on

Typically, I don't leave such strongly negative reviews unless I truly feel it's warranted, and in this case it is. Domino's used to be pretty decent, but in the last year their level of service has declined to the point where I find it completely and utterly unacceptable. Firstly, you're lucky if you can through to them as they hardly ever answer their phone when trying to order food, then if you manage to do that, the amount of time it takes to get delivered is beyond ridiculous, esp. with them being so close to where I live. This has been an ongoing problem, I'm sure it's likely in part due to lack of employees, but in my view, if a company can't provide the service, then they either need to restructure or close down. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them in the future. Tonight was the last straw for me. Shame, but lack luster service doesn't fly with me. I hope this company sees the complaints here and will take steps to correct these issues.

I ordered ahead on the Domino's app and paid via Venmo. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the confirmation because I have never had any order issues here before. I order ahead because I have my son with me, so we typically do the curbside so I don't have to leave him in the car or make him get out in the cold. When I arrived, I scanned the QR code to check in, and it said there were no active orders under my name. I had to go into the store. I explained my situation to an associate, and they just pointed at someone else who I had to fill in and tell them the exact same thing to which he replied, "well it didn't go through, if it did we'd have it".. and then all the employees walked away like it was resolved?? So I said "well I still want my pizza. Can I order one now?" I received no response. So I said "do I have to sign back into the app (that didn't work) and order online again??" And I was told yes, that is the only way. So I put in a second order and went to check on my son who was still out waiting in the car. When I walked in to check on the order, my name was not up on the screen again but I thought, surely, after the mix up they remembered me. They did. Not say a word and apparently the pizza had been ready and they just let me stand in the lobby waiting even longer. After paying again, I went to the car and checked the pizza which was over cooked and a smaller size than what I had ordered but at that point I was so annoyed that I just took the loss and left. No one acknowledged that there was even an issue. Is there a manager of this location? Because they also may want to talk to their staff about discussing maybe not how they're annoyed at how "busy" they are as small talk with another customer when it was clear that they had two orders on their screen - mine and one other. Unbelievable.
