Robin and her team are the best! They know our orders by heart, and the orders are always perfectly prepared. We never have to wait long, and always have great conversation and feel welcomed every day. We have gone here every morning for 7 years, and it will always be our favorite Dunkin location!!!

Wow. What a dirty building with nasty employees. They don't care about their customers in my opinion even let other customers badger each other! Bugs are everywhere, all over the donuts and bagels. I wish I could give this a zero stars. Not the first time I'm having this experience unfortunately. Was hoping they would turn it around but obviously they don't care. Wake up wraps were cold and donuts were rock hard. Why do we need 3 Dunkins in town? Close this one leave the others. Health department needs to show up on this business. Truly unfortunate

Worst breakfast. They gave us almost cold wake up wrap and egg cheese on muffin. For egg cheese on crossiant they gave it on bagel. I also ordered their new banana bread for which they couldn't figure out the expiry date for a good 10 mins while we waited in drive thru after which some lady came back with information but wasn't very happy about it. They couldn't own their own responsibility of not knowing where the expiry date should be on a product they are selling. Coffee wasn't that great either they just don't know the right temperatures for their food!

A couple days ago I have personally went into this location and the manager was so mean to her employees.
She was yelling at them, and being so rude and disrespectful, very unprofessional!
Also after yelling at her employees she gave me an attitude about removing cheese from an item, as I told her my son is allergic to dairy.
She then looked at him and proceeded to say “well that sucks, don’t it?”
Who says that to a 6 year old!
Also that day it was not a very hygienic environment, as there were items made to make coffee laying around and spilled over, as the employees were working hard as they were slammed, she was yelling at the cashier “get your a$$ moving we don’t have all day, clean up now!” As she was doing nothing at all!
I will NOT be going back and I feel extremely sorry for the employees under her management.
Dietary restrictions: My request for no cheese was apparently a problem, as I explained my son has a dairy allergy. In which she looked at my 6 year old son and said “well that sucks now doesn’t it?”

The manager there was rude and just kept being an absolute nightmare to her employees. The food was good but the experience was absolutely awful having to hear her yell at her employees. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
I usually really love this place but lately they are always burning my avocado toast. There is no option on the app to have the toast done lite so that stinks too!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered an avocado toast with bacon. It came out was burnt. I’m 40 weeks pregnant didn’t want to upset myself so I sent my sister in to exchange it for one that wasn’t burnt to a crisp. She told my sister that she can’t do anything about and it’s just bacon crumbles. & if I had a problem I should go inside. I went back thru drive thru as physically hard for me to walk at this point and told her it wasn’t normal and that it was burnt & I’d just like a new one she continued to stay that it’s how it is. I get avocado toast with bacon all the time & this is not how it is. I told her that’s not true she continued to belittle me & wouldn’t fix it. So I 40 weeks pregnant drove off in tears. Definitely do not come here. Customer service is terrible & I didn’t get the ladies name I was so upset but she was old and fat. She should be fired.
