Every time I go the lady gives me an issue with my app. I had this coupon today & told me I wasn’t allowed to use it for a large iced coffee when it says it in the description! Otherwise a good store, just a problem with coupons apparently :)

What baffles me is the employees behavior towards regular customers. Not only do I tip them every time I get my coffee which is almost 5 times a week- they can’t help but make rude comments about whether or not I decided to come into the store today! It’s a shame because I stopped going to this Dunkin for that exact reason- and then I decided to start going back after a break and to no surprise here we go again ! Won’t be returning.
