I’ve known Raj for nearly 10 years, and every time I come by this Dunkin he not only provides the best service, but makes my family and I smile every time. This is by far one of the highest quality, consistent, and joyful Dunkin locations anywhere!

I picked up a mobile order for my sister and her refresher was supposed to have oat milk and cold foam and it had neither. It's not like it's a special order because it was the Sabrina carpenter special as it was. Plus, the man at the drive through never said a word to me and seemed annoyed that I was even there so I didn't feel comfortable asking them to fix the order. My sister said it was still good, but she was excited to taste the version with the oat milk and cold foam as advertised. It's a good thing she used a reward instead of paying full price.

I used to love this Dunkin Donuts.But, the past few years, the coffee has always been inconsistent.Sometimes it's strong. Sometimes, it's weak. staff is very friendly

No one was greeting anyone , food was ordered and then they sat everything there on the pick up counter never called numbers so food was cold and coffee was nasty . They are telling people not to take care of the lobby only the drive thru when the lobby is full. You have two men on making food when there’s two orders … yall are horrible wasted money twice this week do better & if understaff get your general manager working with u

Every time I go the lady gives me an issue with my app. I had this coupon today & told me I wasn’t allowed to use it for a large iced coffee when it says it in the description! Otherwise a good store, just a problem with coupons apparently :)
