We stopped here on our way home from Valley Forge area. I ordered at the kiosk, rather than on the app as I wasn't sure of the address. I wanted to order the $6 meal deal, so I added all items to my order and chose the what I wanted in my coffee. I scanned the coupon but it wouldn't take it. Tried another coupon, wouldn't take that either. Finally said screw it and assumed the system would bundle everything and charge for the meal deal. My mom also got a coffee with cream and pumpkin flavor. We didn't have to wait long before our order was ready. My coffee was black! The sticker on my coffee just said black. I was extremely tired so I thought maybe I hadn't actually added any flavor and cream? While I was contemplating my sanity, my mom asked an employee if I could add stuff to my coffee. They were nice and added what I wanted. We get 30 mins down the road and my mom opened her hot coffee and much to our surprise, her coffee was ALSO BLACK! So, don't order from the kiosk here.

Man, they are really trying their best over there. They do not pay very well and there is nothing the manager can do about it so they have subpar help to say the least. Food is pretty much on par with most Dunkin food however I had to give it a 3 star across the board because there is a large percentage of the time something will taste particularly old or dried out. Not their fault they are trying however results are all people care about anymore so 3 stars it is.

This Dunkin does Door Dash orders and they forget half of my order literally every single time. You would think it would get better after they forgot all of the bagels last time but nope, gave them another chance and the most important part of the order is missing yet again. So disappointing when all of the other Dunkin’s in town can get it right, with I could choose a different one to Door Dash from instead of this one. Lesson learned, won’t order from here again.
