This location is never properly staffed in the mornings. Only one employee running the entire store. Line of cars in the drive through barely moving.

I asked for bacon and cheese wrap , they gave me bacon egg and cheese and i am allergic to eggs. My mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar doesn’t have cane sugar (liquid) it’s regular granulated sugar 😩 like seriously is someone new ?

The small little female employee was super rude, she cant count or get your order correct. Lets talk about the large bottle of bug spray on the counter with the handle hanging and dripping ugh so delicious sike!

This location has a new management staff as of August 10th I went in to order my food that I ordered on my app my order was not even ready yet that was placed 10 minutes before I even got there.

They're just standing there talking not even giving any kind of attention asking can I help you then when they do they were so rude.

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but unfortunately I can’t excuse the bad service. Busy Sunday morning, ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns, a coffee and a soda. Not an overly complicated order except one sandwich was no cheese because of an allergy.

Safe to say the lady in the speaker was extremely rude, cutting off my husband on his request for no cheese. The wait time was poor and someone left without any of their items because they couldn’t wait anymore.

The food was uncooked and wrong, the sandwich had cheese despite the label saying no cheese… we didn’t even receive our soda at the window. The same rude lady (who had AirPods in) told us to pull around. Felt terrible going inside and tried to explain nicely that it was for my lactose intolerance.

The kids at work seemed super stressed and clearly are understaffed. I’ve had good experiences in the afternoon but the morning is poor. Do not order here in the morning.

They say they are short staff yet have 5 people working. No one in the drive thru, we walk in and no one in the store. Walk up to counter, told we must use the kiosk. Why? This is a daily occurrence, staff are also very rude.

The staff are rude at this location. I go to Dunkin daily in the morning and prior to moving here, i went to the one in Orefield daily. The owner needs to take notes from that location to reinforce customer service skills to the employees. They hate when you place a mobile order, they act like you are bothering them when you show up in drive thru, they are rude, roll their eyes, don't smile, don't say hello, slam window shut after handing over coffee. I've quickly learned after speaking to others that this is normal for this location. How does the owner and/or manager not see all these horrible reviews on employees

Absolutely zero service walked inside 7 vehicles in the drive thru 4 employees working. I walked up to the counter the lady with black hair had a complete attitude and said order at the kiosk. I stated I was paying with cash she said oh well your going to wait with a complete attitude. I stood at the counter for about 9 minutes where I was greeted by a foul mouthed blonde who was clearly cursing to the other lady in the back while there was 2 children in the lobby within an earshot. The blonde with a complete attitude took my order rolled her eyes when I had her scan my dunkin app. Completely unacceptable customer service. The man working the drive thru seemed very nice and well spoken with customers. The woman making the coffee was extremely pleasant and apologized for the wait.

This is the second time I tried to patronize this location and the second time I left with nothing. First time I sat in the line around the building just to be told they didn't have tea bags. Today I was next in line behind someone who sat there and talked with the employee for 5 minutes while I was made late for work. No drinks handed to anyone. Just talking.

Terrible service at this location.
