Mobile ordered, they didn't have anything ready, gave me the wrong sandwich and forgot my donut. Had to go inside and they didn't offer an apology or even throw in something small like an extra donut for the inconvenience. The drink mainly tasted like sparkling water which isn't typical if what I normally order. Will not be back to this location.

24 minute wait in the drive thru for a small order. I drove away after they expected me to wait even longer once I got to the window. The location is poorly managed and the building is ran down. Go to Yum Yum up the street - 100x better!! Unlike Dunkin, their donuts are made on-site and they’re adequately staffed.

Severely short staffed, they can’t keep the store stocked with anything and don’t update the app when they run out. Whoever is managing this store should never manage anything again. Don’t come here just go to a different Dunkin. Not the workers fault they don’t give them any extra help.

Miserable and unhappy people. The girl working here should find work that doesn’t require interacting with the general public. Tables were filthy. Room was cold. Wawa is close by. We will go there next time.

Counter guy was so worried about his couple dollars in tips, he pulled the cup off the counter. But the girl who actually made the coffee for me was 5 stars. On my way to go snowboarding 🤪

I submitted a mobile order ahead of time only to pull up and they told me that their oven was not working and they had no hot chocolate with no way to refund my order. After a couple back and forth, he told me to ask for a refund on the app, but he never was able to figure out exactly how to do that. So I asked how I was getting my money back and they had no idea. I finally suggested getting a gift card and they gave me that, after about 20 minutes of back and forth. I would not recommend this branch to anyone with no problem solving skills or properly working equipment.

Service is always slow at the John Fries Highway location but today is the worst service we have ever received. We have been in the drive-through. Started with one car at the window in front of us. We waited for 5 min before anyone took our order. After a 15 min wait we were told they are starting to brew my decaf. What??!! They lost many customers waiting behind us. Management, training, processes need to change. We have given enough opportunities but after this, we will not be back.

I always ask for my bagels double toast.It when I opened up my sandwich, my bagel just felt warm so I took it back and asked them if they could read toast my bagel double toast it.I think the guy was being rude because my bagel came out black.I will never go back to that Dunkin' down again.The staff there was rude

The worst Dunkin I have ever been too. The service is the slowest. Waited in drive thru for 30mins. Been here a couple times and it is always the same issue. Next time I will drive 3 miles out of the way to go to Dunkin.
