I ordered a medium hot chai latte. Received a medium cold foul tasting liquid that reminded me of bath water. The staff took forever to serve, seemed “confused” when they were told another two drinks were needed still and my drink also came with no tag. Almost feels like your employe took a cup and filled it with dishwater. Highly recommend not going to this location which is off of 309 not worth your money or time.

I was very upset to say the least. The donuts were terrible 😞 I spent almost $13 on day old stale donuts that had absolutely no jelly in the middle of them and I was so upset about it that I probably won't return. The staff was friendly but there was not one customer in the store. The location is hard to get into from 309. Just not worth the hassle.

We rarely eat out because we prefer eating healthy but needed to stop for something fast today. Saw a fly sitting on the donuts and informed them, but the two teens (not mentioning their names bc they're children) didn't make a big deal about it and left the donuts there. I did ask if there's ever a manager there because of the issue, but I was told that the manager is there only in the mornings. A lady came in after us and purchased donuts, and they let her buy them, despite knowing what had happened. I did notice that they were leaving the drive-through window open the whole time we were there. I informed one customer about the fly being on the donuts, but the customer didn't really care. The teen male didn't take my complete order. I noticed when we sat down to eat. I went back to inform them. The male teen apologized, and I said it's okay. (No big deal) The teens came towards me after I saw the female teen laughing and informed me that they contacted the manager, Menisha (I'm sure I didn't spell that correctly) and told her that I was telling customers about the flies. I told only one. 🤷‍♀️ I asked the teen girl if she had informed the manager about the flies because what's being done there wasn't right. The teen male suddenly had an attitude asking me what's not being done, right? Otold him the flies, leaving their vomit on the donuts. I mentioned something like there was no need for an attitude because I wasn't giving him an attitude. I told them I'm a respective, godly woman, and I understand that they were just teens and mentioned how I have different age range of children. He accused me of giving him an attitude when I went to inform them about my incomplete order, and I reminded him that I did mention that I wasn't feeling well and did say that "it's okay." He simply said I didn't hear you say that." I said I was leaving, and he asked if I said I was calling the police, and I said no. I said I was leaving. I then said there was no reason for me to call the police. Waking to my vehicle, my young daughter said wow mom they were being so rude, and you were being so nice and respectful." They shouldn't have children working there alone. Will not be returning for sure!

I have been to this particular location 3 times, and every time my order has been wrong.
I used the app, picked things up at the drive thru for quicker service, and have used this store simply because of the location - it was an easy exit off of 309. It is not so easy to return once you leave the parking lot and realize there is a problem with your purchase.
There simply is no time, every time, to get back in line or go in to have things corrected.
After the third issue with my order, I have decided I would rather go out of my to another store. I don't know what is going on from a managerial standpoint, but something needs to change.

Should get zero stars. Unskilled owner Every time I order food on the app they never have what I want. They alway are out of stuff never keep anything in the back. They got unskilled kids working there and never give me a refund. Will be going to the one in the middle of quakertown

First visit. One person working. He acted as if he didn't want to be there. Ordered a medium hot coffee with cream & sugar. I recieved a cold coffee. Not even luke warm. Have not returned.

I order coffee every morning on my way to work, and it seriously seems like 2/5 coffees are made correctly. I finally reviewed because I watched the girl use almond milk instead of oat milk on two of my coffees.

Using the drive thru I ordered an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. Drove two blocks to find out the bagel was hard as a rock and burnt. Drove back. Went inside to tell them. The manager immediately gave me an attitude claiming it was because I had an attitude Girl I’m just upset you tried to serve me a rock and think it’s ok but not once was I disrespectful to you and not once were you apologetic or smiled. You were immediately annoyed before I even opened my mouth. she told me that they overcooked all the everything bagels that morning and then asked if I’d like a different one. I asked why they wouldn’t just throw them out and think it’s ok to serve them to people. She then told me she’d get in trouble if she threw them away. Shame on her upper management if that’s true. I reordered a plain bagel and received a refund for the wrong one. Got in my car drove off only to find out the second order was now incorrect. I had ordered veggie cream cheese and was given plain cream cheese.the rude management, terrible food, & incorrect orders will keep me from this dunkin. I’ll drive up the street where I get better service, correct orders and a smile.I will note the only nice person here was the young lady at the drive thru who gave me my order originally. You should make her manager. At least she smiles.
