Good food but honestly the customer service they offer is horrible, they practically throw the pizza on the table and have an attitude that nobody will appreciate. I think they will be better offering take outs only.

Best tasting 🍕 pizza in qtown. We passed 3 pizza places to get from Frank's. Great sauce flavor, and the crust is perfect, not thin, but not too much .

I'm on a quest for the best pizza for summer of 2024 and this is it so far. I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and it's SO good (also too big for the box). The only critique I have is I wish there was a bit more sauce. Also got a Ceasar salad, the dressing was rich and lettuce crisp. It's not a place where you're going to get greeted with a big fat smile, in fact no one greeted me for the first few minutes even though the place was empty ? but the guy at the cashier was cordial and the pizza is excellent, which is all I care about when ordering take out.
