went for their lunch buffet an hour and a half after it started. food was totally cold. we told them and the owner or whoever came to check the settings and apparently they weren't even turned on. we asked for something to compensate and they only gave 10% off the bill. You would think they would have temped the food after we said something but they didn't. definitely do not recommend this restaurant as they don't care about their customers at all.

I really liked that today on a Monday that they have a all you can eat buffet for $13.99 and they had Cherry Pepsi. The sodas are only $3 that's cheap. Also you get dessert included in the price of the buffet. That's so Awesome!! Definitely worth that price. The atmosphere is cozy and the waitress was so friendly and attentive. This is a must visit again!! The food was so yummy. Plus I forgot to add you get a salad and garlic bread with the choices. Definitely recommend this place.

We got a large pizza with a few toppings and BBQ wings for takeout on a Friday night. Everything was cooked perfectly, the order was ready in about 20 minutes, the staff was very pleasant, and I felt the prices were reasonable. We recommend Frank's Trattoria and will definitely be going back.

If you share the stress of The 7 fishes for Christmas Eve I highly recommend getting trays from Frank's. This year I upped my order to Frutti di Mare, Spaghetti and Clams, Tortellini alfredo with shrimp, Eggplant rollatini, Calamari, Sicilian cheese pizza and a large dessert tray. The dessert tray was the best move! I would normally make most of the cannoli and cheesecake then run to Costco for the rest. Spending well over what the tray cost. I made my sides, my fresh fishes and stressed less. The food was delicious and everyone loved it!

What a shame. I ordered 3 hoagies with their coupon (no expiration date) that I told the lady i had when ordering. When the delivery came they would not honor it. We really liked Franks but we will not be dining with them ever again for refusing to honor their own coupon. I hope loosing a customer was worth it.

We went an hour before closing. Finished 20m before closing. Staff seemed put out we were there. Pizza was ok. We had been there before for pasta and had a good experience, but will not go back again after tonight. We had 4 slices of pizza left, and the waitress stacked the pieces and squeezed it in a tiny box. When she brought it to us, we asked for another since we also had garlic knots, and my son didn't finish his slice. She brought us a 4x4 inch stryfoam container to, I guess roll his slice up and squeeze garlic knots in with. When I asked for another box, she said she was being efficient for us. I said I'd like a box and she a said they only had 3 small ones left and she couldn't give me one. She said she stacked the pieces carefully, and she could squeeze the rest in. 5 slices and garlic knots and asked if that'd be good. I said I'd like a box, and there are hundreds right there. She said she'd get us a bag and asked if that'd be good. At that point, I said I guess we don't have a choice. She said yea and got us a bag. We never did get the garlic knots boxed. Getting home, of course, bottom slices were stuck to the top of the plate from being stacked. We could see lots of boxes she just wouldn't give us one. I'm not going back.
