Love this place! Always busy but everyone is polite and nice!

So today I went here and sat as they took our drink order pretty quick but after that down hill. Waited over an hour for our food that was cold, nasty . The only thing hot was my gravy that was on the side. Server was barely seen for the entire time except to bring a French onion soup that tasted like water and onion no flavor at all. I will say the only good thing we had was salad bar. We spoke to the owner who said they would take 20% off which is a nice gesture but none of us ate the food so made no sense to even charge us for the things they messed up and had us waiting for . Open face hot turkey, meatloaf both things that are already premade. Was not that busy either as I seen the other waitresses serving their tables and very attentive. The one waitress that brought out the food seemed concerned and very apologetic which was very appreciated so thank you to her. Gave them another try after the food not being so good last time but after this we will not be going back.

Have wanted to eat here for the last four years and finally made the stop last week. Aside from how difficult it is to get there from 309 NB, the experience was great. Good food, friendly service and a classic diner vibe. (Being from NJ we love diners) Went back a second time (in the same week) and still liked the place! I would highly recommend it!

Parking: Easy to get to from 309 SB. NB? Not so easy without making some kind of U-turn.

Server forgot our soup, brought out with meal. Home fries ice cold , pancake cold. Daughter ordered a grilled chicken salad, the entire salad was warm not just meat. Hard boiled egg was brown and way over cooked. The server clearly did not want to be bothered. Oh yes , forgot the toast. Never ask if wanted more coffee or water. Never came back to check on us. Won't be back.

Great food nice people

I miss the huge old menu and the 24 hour always open schedule they had since before the pandemic. But the breakfast menu is simple and tasty. I first started going here in the 70s. Many nights I would pull in to town and stop here in the early morning and have a dinner. It was nice to know no matter what time I got in that they were always open.

Spacious and clean. Potato salad was very undercooked, the Mac and cheese was average store bought quality and cold. Fries were a bit cold as well but they were ok. I liked the cream of Broccoli soup. Everything was Typical diner food in my opinion. The server was ok and did her job. She misinformed me about a dish and I ordered the dish based on her description. When the dish came I realized it was very different from her description. I brought this to her attention and she apologized. Price was reasonable.

Three of us had the Plain and Fancy breakfast. The sausage links were great. I was the only one who finished it all. You won't go away hungry!

It's one of those places that your not really sure about. Too big to be a quaint American dinner. But still had the music box at each table !

Was totally ignored on arrival. Then ignored again until I asked for a coffee. Then I ordered the eggs bennidic. Cold eggs. The sauce with worst then my grans grool....will never be returning her.

We arrived here on a Sunday morning around 10:30. We were seated immediately and greeted by our waitress very quickly. The food was served in a timely manner and was delicious. The restaurant is very clean and everyone was friendly.
