I’m from the Midwest just passing thru, I love these non commercialized mom n pop restaurants who are trying to survive among corporations, loved this place, ate here twice in one day, great service and atmosphere, thanks for the visit
I ordered the pot roast and it was fatty and tough to eat. I ordered a unsweetened fresh brewed iced tea. It didn't taste that good. Then I changed the it up to a sweet tea and was charged for that. I was not told that I would be charged. On top of everything else there was free refills but I was charged. The waitress was so rude and was not going to give any explanation. They’ll let you park there, but I wouldn’t park there unless I went in and had a nice meal. Looks like a nice restaurant. I went up the street to the truckstop on the left the 309. He paid $10 there it was a good value.
