12/13/24 I got food poisoning after ordering and eating just minutes after. Everything was taking forever for everyone so I can’t imagine I was the only one affected. Two days later and I’m just feeling better

Came to this specific McDonald's for my daughter's birthday because she really likes the playplace. The manager Tim went above and beyond for us and every other guest in the restaurant. He gave our daughter a milkshake and cookies as a special treat and checked on each guest. It made my daughter's birthday just a bit more special.

We ordered here a decent amount and I will continue ordering from this location because it is the closest, but what is the point of placing a mobile order if you have to wait 20 minutes every single time you go. And it's also wrong almost every single time and I have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes on top of that to get the right stuff. I understand it's fast food and I'm not going to get it perfect every single time and that's okay, but when I pay $10-$15 per meal it gets really annoying after a while.
Waited 30 minutes for my online order and I was scolded by the manager by asking one of the workers what was taking so long, and that I waited 30 minutes... The manager basically said he wouldn't give me my food so I demanded a refund. Still took another 10 minutes to get my refund. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!

Last night was the worst experience ever at McD's. They installed the 2 lanes last week. In theory to do more business faster. I pulled in the outside lane and there were cars waiting on the inside lane. We sat there for 20 minutes, and I heard the inside lane speaker and the guy said they were really backlogged and it would be a while. 10 minutes later he took the order of the inside lane. I expected to have my order taken next, but 5 minutes went by and they took the inside lane again, and again and again. The line of cars in my lane was long, but they were ignoring us. The delay was so long, at least 50 cars pulled out and left. After 40 minutes of waiting I figured there must be something wrong with the sensor in the road on my lane, and I pulled up and waited another 10 minutes at the window for the manager to finally open the window and I told him the sensor was not working because they ignored us for 40 minutes. He said it was not 40 minutes and they had been alternating lanes. I assured him they didn't take any orders from the outside lane. It took another 18.minutes for me to get 2 cheeseburgers, a fry and a soda. The food was cold and the soda was warm. At 9pm on a Saturday night they really need to staff more than 1 person and the manager. They had all the exterior lights turned off, I am guessing to deter people from going to the drive thru. You would think with their sales being down they would be happy to see so much business, but in the hour I was there, 8 cars were served. I don't know what is going on there. 58.mimutes to get my order. Not to sound like a jerk, but I swear to you, when I was 17 I worked by myself at McDonald's, and cooked the food, and took the orders at the counter. I would make 6 big macs, 12 hamburgers, 12 cheeseburgers, 6 double cheeseburgers, 12 filet of fish, 16 quarter pounder with cheese and 8 McDLTs and I would fry 3 bags of fries.
The method they use to make the food takes forever when they are fully staffed. But to spend the money to install new lanes, new boards, new speakers and mics, and sensors, when they literally can't go any faster than a single lane, I don't know what they are doing. There is one register and they alternate, in theory, between lanes. Why not just leave it alone. The clerk can't do 2 orders at once. He has to take the order, and then take the money from the previous order and? make change, then he can take the next order. If they had a dedicated order taker inside and they had a separate box further back, where you could place an order through the app, with a separate window for app orders, that would make sense and speed up the process.
The could have a tray with a small window for picking up app orders.
You pull up, hold up the QR code on the APP and the computer figures out which tray the one you need and sends it out the conveyor belt to you.
But 2 lanes when they can not do anything different and only 2 people working on a Saturday night and at least 50 cars leave because they don't get their order taken, years ago you would have had corporate audit the store. We had it happen the week after I worked alone. I still remember the sheet said " 36 pieces of meat "
Because you are never supposed to cook more than 12 pieces at once. But the wait time during the audit, following the rules, with 12 employees, was 3 times longer than me working alone. I miss those days when you had the hot air bin. The customers walked in, I said what can I get you ? Quarter pounder with cheese, lg fry and lg coke, and I turned around, grabbed a quarter pounder with cheese, and a lg fry and poured a soda and told them the price and made change, and it took no more than 30 seconds. We deserve to have the hot air bin back. Have 36 big macks and 24 quarter pounder with cheese and 36 cheeseburgers and 12 filet of fish and 36 lg fry. The food isn't hot any more. At least the heat bin and heat lamps kept the food hot. The turnpikes still have a few fast food p

My family and I ordered from here tonight and everything came except for the 40 piece nuggets that was for my brother and I to split. Not very happy about not getting my dinner. McDonald's needs to do better. The least you could do is not only give a refund but send out another order of what was missing free of charge so we don't have to make our own food when were tired. This isnt't the first time they have forgotten parts of our order too.

I come to this specific McDonald's location often because my daughter loves the play place ( AND THE 🍟). The place is kept clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. If you have a problem just ask for Tim, the store manager. He always takes care of your needs above and beyond.
