ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Every time I go to this location my order is WRONG…. I used the app for the Big Mac. Then ordered a MCCHICKEN AND MCDOUBLE. Was given a Big Mac a McDouble and a COKE… whrn I told them it was wrong. Instead of just giving me the sandwich they wanted to refund the order and make it a hassle… you make out bettet giving me the sandwich and charging me for a soda I gave back

One of the employees kept sighing really loud when I was ordering my food through the drive thru and was overall really rude. I normally don't do this but it's not a singular occurrence. It's been happening consistently when I go through in the mornings to get food for my brothers and mom

This is so disgusting!!! My son picked up a mobile order like 2 hours ago has been sipping on his sweet tea and this is what he found at bottom of his tea a DEAD FLY!!! GROSS!!! I tried to call to speak to a manager but of course no one picks up the phone!!

Visited Mc Donalds on Rt 309 in Quakertown on a weekday. No one in the front taking orders, called over several times to employes including the manager and was ignored. Waited 10 minutes before someone took the order. I asked for Biscuit with bacon, No cheese and No egg with other items. Go to give my daughter her Biscuit sandwich it was a Sausage Biscuit. They got the order wrong. Was unable to return because we were on our way to an appointment. I would not recommend this location. Service is terrible

This location always remains very professional, punctual, and operates at a high level of quality, even when approaching close. As someone who has worked at a mcdonalds before and ate at several others, it's rare that the quality remains at a high level that close to close, yet this location has done so consistently

Mac's is pretty reliable as far as dependable in all the above. I did notice the burgers are smaller.
