Good atmosphere. Did an online order for an ice tea. When my wife went in to get the order the manager didn't believe it was paid for. Eventually she made the order and when we left the establishment the ice tea was incorrect. We didn't bother to go back. That's our last visit.

Basically, every time I come in here the employees are rude/yelling and ignoring customers. I feel bad for the customers that are trying to dine in. Also, this location needs a remodeling, probably new staff too.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese on the mobile app. Made sure I put no pickles, no onions. Received this thrown together slop that had both pickles and onions on them. EVERY TIME I place an order at this location, it's WRONG, or looks like a five year old threw it together. Whoever is the GM of this location should be ashamed at the abysmal standards of quality you allow your staff to produce. Do better.

We were there to have lunch with our friend and our total 3 kids at the play place. Out of the total 6 meals none were done right. None of the sandwiches were actually on the bun. The Nuggets and fries were cold . Cheese not even melted. Told the crew who replaced the cold Nuggets with more cold Nuggets then told management about this while there and they were like oh well. Called store few days later and spoke to another manager and was pretty much told oh well there's nothing I can do. Like we spent $70 and you can't do anything?!?! How about start by apologizing for the mistakes your staff made. Could've at least done something. Never mind the food that was eaten made us sick. Definitely would NOT recommend eating here. Unhappy and angry crew and management equals bad food and horrible experience. Might as well just throw your money in the trash. That's where it'll end up anyway.
