I ordered a snack wrap & small fry. I also asked for a barbecue sauce on the side they, they charged me for the sauce- I went up to the drive through window & they told me per the store manager they have to charge for sauces now. That is kind of ridiculous when I get back to work to eat my food I noticed there was nothing in my snack wrap other than the chicken & the wrap itself, no ranch, no, lettuce, no cheese... I was very disappointed as this is an item they brought back to only not do it correctly.

I was just there at this McDonald's by the turnpike the manager roll her eyes and huffed when I ask for for help to order my food every time I go to this McDonald's it's the same damn problem I'm a fateful customer of McDonald's today was the last straw so screw you McDonald's I'm going to Burger King from now on that McDonald's should be shut down because there is pitiful service

So the reason I'm getting five stars for service and the atmosphere is because I'm early in the morning going to the drive-thru to get food and this wonderful person speaks so kindly to the drive-thru speaker and ask him what would you like and everything and was so pleased and thankful for such positive start of the day. Pull up to this drive-thru window the first one first window and the employee was so smiling and so kind and saying good morning I said thank you so much for such a great morning star and such beautiful kindness
And this wonderful employee I was able to get her name her name is Susan such an amazing inspiring person in the morning!!!!!

I just ordered breakfast off the kiosk and was snapped at by some young man in his late 20s. I’m assuming he is a manager. He yelled at me because I was waiting to pay cash for my kiosk order. “Go on the kiosk,” he screamed. I told him I ordered but just needed to pay. He then said, “yeah well, you’re gonna have to wait!” I told him that he did not need to yell at me and he then snapped at a sweet female employee with multicolored hair. She was very friendly and very calm, turning the awful experience around in the customer service sense. 10 minutes later he threw my coffee and two sandwiches in the pick up are and walked away. The coffee almost fell over but spilled a little. The only thing warm on the sandwich was the back . Cheese was cold, eggs were cold and the bagel wasn’t even toasted. What an awful experience.
