I ordered take out for a 50 person party. Michelle answered all my questions and talked to me even outside business hours. The pulled pork and pulled chicken wre so flavorful. I appreciated the vacuum sealed packages I could transport to my party location and it heated nicely in crock pots.

Got the 3 meats platter with 2 sides. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, mac&cheese, and baked beans. The meat was so fall-off-the-bone tender and smoked to perfection. The pulled pork was full of flavor and paired perfectly with the sweet tang of the bbq sauce. The Mac has a spice to it that enhances the flavor nicely and really makes it feel taste like the perfect bbq side. The 3 meats plat was enough to feed my 3 adult group, and a hearty and delicious lunch for under $30 is hard...
