Poke taco gone awry
Seemed over-priced for the little salmon I got. The fake/boxed taco shell. Not the type of shell in the picture, hanging above the cash register. Still, she made all three fairly quickly. Was friendly/polite. I, however, was apparently very hungry. I wasn't feeling the shell. However, I tried to drop it out of my mind. Unfortunately, it's a taco. You eat a shell with that. The first bite? Stale. Like that Oretega kit stale. Where you only get rid of it by toasting or baking it. I'm certainly not going to brave raw fish after that. It was unappealing. Returned it for a refund. Which she promptly gave. If you're looking for a poke bowl, Aloha is your game for that. multiple toppings. A huge amount. 2+ meals out of that. This place may make a good poke bowl. Not a good taco.

My order was taken by the woman at the register. Another employee was making the food and getting drinks (which were on opposite ends of the shop. This employee had to walk past the other employee, who was doing nothing, to get the drinks after preparing the food. It was awful to watch one woman doing all the labor. The food was good, but I don't like the way the employee was treated so probably won't return.

REALLY disappointed with my experience & how I was deceptively up charged. My "$13.95 bowl" ended up costing over $23 due to their mistakes? I filled out the odd menu card quite clearly, gave verbal instructions, & selected NOTHING extra. Suddenly at the end I'm told I was "given a double salmon portion by mistake" & that having my rice & veggies separated in 2 bowls rather than 1 resulted in an extra $10+. VERY small portions, overpriced, with flavorless microwaved chicken/tofu/etc. I love to support these types of places but it seems they're happy to see how many people they can take advantage of. Pass.

I was visiting the area and saw this place and just had to take a bowl to go. I thought it was wicked awesome! If they had a place like this near me I would eat there atleast once a week! Next time I am in the area I will definitely be stopping by for another bowl! Delicious and fresh!
