Management is genuinely horrible at this place. They discriminate against employees. If they don't like you, you wont get hours. Even if you are a hardworking, experienced worker. If you go out drinking with management, you get whatever you want. It is not based on work ethic. Everything is based, on if your friends with management or not. Food will sit out for hours, past hold times. And still be served to customers. Certain employees don't wear gloves. People will be on their phone, then handle food. Without any sanitation or handwashing. Oh, and they talk smack on literally almost every customer. All the smiles are fake. The second a customer leaves. They will talk bad about that customer. Even if the customer was completely reasonable and polite. If you like food that's been sitting out for hours, handled with horrible sanitation practice, and want people to talk about you, like you are a nuisance. Then this is defiantly the place for you!

Kiosk has been broken. The workers aren’t accommodating given the inconvenience. Wait time is long despite store being empty.We had breakfast soufflés for breakfast which were delicious but didn’t sit well for any of us.

The palace's ambiance is great, recommended for studying while getting something to munch on. The grilled cheese at Panera is melty and delicious, one of the best I've eaten. Their chicken noodle soup warms the stomach, fills you up for hours.Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere and pretty chill, people are generally friendly.

I have tried getting food here about 13 times over the past few years. I have no idea why I kept going back. They have never gotten my order right. Ever. Not even one single time. It’s actually impressive how bad it is. Loud, stressful, or overall unpleasant atmosphere almost every time I have been in here. I’m actually amazed that this place has remained in business.

I usually like Panera Bread. But tonight was not so good. It was a hair and my fruit cup. And the restaurant is kind of dirty. I wish I could post a picture of the hair, I have braids so I know it wasn't mine. I'm totally grossed out and will not eat at this Panera Bread ever again.
Oinion soup bowl was great, turkey blt was dry..could use some improvements to be better. Overall decent mea. However 32$ was way too much for soup and sandwich.

the manager (?) needs to learn to chill. when trying to have a conversation while eating in store, you will be interrupted by him SCREAMING (not over reacting) the order names. take your voice down a lot. other panera’s are just 10x better. drinks are also consistently almost empty and restaurant is dirty.
