We ordered from the Pizza Hut website. When the order was delivered, they sent us the wrong pizza. I called the "store phone number" which is actually run through a call service. I explained to the rep that we were delivered the wrong pizza. He supposedly transferred me to the store. I've been on "hold" waiting for the store to pick up for 50 minutes. After the first 20 minutes, I used my husband's phone to call again. I tried to explain to the call center to please not transfer me, and they did anyway. After 30 minutes, I called from my husband's phone again. I explained to the rep again and she hung up on me. I then went to the Pizza Hut website to "chat" with a representative. They said they would forward my complaint to the management. They also offered me a coupon for 2 free large pizzas. None of this is actually resolving the issue I have in the moment. So I guess I will have to place another order with Pizza Hut and dispute the charge on my credit card. Having a call center that cannot actually help is counterproductive. Not being able to reach the store regarding order issues is awful service. We ordered through the website so that the delivery drivers employed by the store would make some money. In the future, we will likely order from Doordash, as they are willing to process refunds when orders are incorrect.

I really enjoyed old-school Pizza Hut Supreme Pan Pizza from the Quakertown location. I used online ordering, changed up the toppings a bit, and my order was correct and toppings were generous. Sauce was a little scant for our tastes, so next time I will mention that when I order again. Service was prompt - pizza was hot & ready right on time. The gentleman who was the cashier was friendly & professional. I didn't dine in, but looked around as I waited since others were ahead of me, and the restaurant looked clean & cared for. Makes me want to dine in like the old days!

I don’t know if they’re under new management at this location or what, but we had a pretty sub par experience last time we ordered - we tried them again tonight and boy, what a difference! The pizza was hot, fresh and made how we ordered it. They followed our delivery instructions and placing the order over the phone was a breeze. Bravo to the team on duty tonight 10/12/2024. Excellent job - you retained a customer and that could’ve gone either way.

It's nice to see a pizza hut that you can actually go to sit down and enjoy the food. We don't have that in NY anymore. The food was great, the staff was friendly and the prices are awesome.
First time ordering from this location and most likely my last. I've been eating stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut since it's inception in 1995. So I know how it's supposed to look and taste. And the one I got from this location wasn't up to Pizza Hut standards.
Pizza is OK. Wings and pasta are good. Prices are expensive compared to dominos or another pizza place.

Their food is always very good. But watch out, the call center now simply dispatches door dash. If your order should arrive incorrectly you’ll be in a hold nightmare. Best to use the app/online or go in! Our local workers are great. They made my messed up order all better & with kindness <3

I ordered caramelized onions and I got green and Red peppers instead. I tried to pick off the peppers but the whole pizza was infected with green pepper flavor. Disgusting.

I Deliver doordash from here often and almost always disappointed in the service. One time I went in and stood there in an empty diner waiting to pick up. No one around. My husband was in the car however recording a video on his phone of 3 young female workers smoking their Marijuana vape pens, (yes you can tell the difference between a Marijuana and a nicotine vape pen) and playing kick the cardboard box into the dumpster. Stood there waiting about 12 minutes before they came back inside and finally helped. Shame I can't upload that video here, it won't crop properly but I am sending that video to corporate offices as I was instructed to.

Not the fanciest place but the Meat Lovers Pan pizza was outstanding. It had plenty of toppings and was cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked to have my pizza cooked a bit extra and the staff member showed me the pizza and asked me if it was done enough before boxing it up. Our local pizza Hut is not this good so I drive an extra 10 miles one way for their pizza. Thanks, keep up the good work.
