Ordered online and store sent wrong pizza...when tried to get a redelivery, the staff "transferred" us multiple times...on the fourth attempt to do this, asked for a manager...and they hung up. Called back.....and they hung up again. Reported them store to corporate. Some major changes to staff and training practices would have to occur before Id consider giving another chance

Never again, no way. Food arrived cold and late. Pizza Hut no longer has dedicated drivers and uses door dash for delivery. Door dash does not have insulated pizza delivery bags like Pizza Hut had when they did there own delivery. It took almost 45 minutes to deliver store to door. I tracked the driver and he made 4 stops before delivering to me. French fries were ice cold and slimy, apple pies not much better and the pizza, Little Caesars was better. My dog enjoyed the chicken chunks. Pizza Hut is way over priced, one large pizza, order of fries, ten piece chicken chunks and order of apple pies and tip was over fifty dollars for low quality cold food and slow delivery. Pizza Hut would do best by following Little Caesars out of town.

Ordered a pizza from here, it was barely half cooked and called to complaint about under cooked pizza and the manager said thanks and hung up. Called back to get a refund or credit just to get yelled at and was told to bring the pizza back tomorrow then they told me to bring it back today then they immediately offered to remake the pizza and then Immediately I was told we were blocked from calling and delivery. All within a 1-2 min phone call. Horrible service from the GM. Called corporate, they didn't care either.

Ordered pizza here. The delivery guy ALWAYS just puts the pizza on the step. This girl literally rang our doorbell 10 times. I yelled it's ok you can just leave it. Ignored. Even went back to her car with it a few times. Leave the pizza We see you on camera. Makes me think twice after seeing her up close too whether we order again. Wow. Dirty. Pizza not so good. Really skimpy toppings and we ordered a pan pizza and got regular hand tossed. Why is this? Is it more difficult to make a pan pizza? You don't have that many customers so why so stingy with the toppings. Literally 4 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza. Delivery person looked like they had not bathed in awhile and just needed a good scrubbing and hose down.Do everyone a favor and close up shop.

Horrible food & customer service! Don't waste your money here. Our pizza was literally raw. There was only one person working when my husband went into the store to get our pizza. The worker literally took it out of the oven before it could bake correctly. We had meat lovers, but the only thing good on it was the toppings. Other than that, it was trash! It was so soft and undercooked, that all of the cheese and toppings fell off. The wings were hard and didn't have much sauce on them at all, & the cheese sticks were half raw as well. Then to top it off, the worker kept watching my husband smh. I don't know if it's because he was working by him self and was scared, or if it was because he doesn't like/trust black people, but either way it goes, we won't be returning! This place is a disgrace!

The personal pizza is very small, so definitely get the medium, unless you just want a snack. The crust was crispy and the flavor was good. You dont need to use an app like other places. I got light cheese and it was enough. The sauce disappears the next day, so I like to get a little xtra sauce. The manger was great.
Previous reviews are old! The staff here are very nice. Our order is always right and hot when delivered curbside. This is fast pizza but tasty and made to order. Thank you!

I usually don't mind grabbing pizza from here, but tonight I came across this rude girl named Jennifer, when I asked for the manager , she said that was her. Well her attitude and customer service manners were horrible, rude and unacceptable! It's a shame that they would put someone like this in charge of a public place. I told her I waited over half hour for $30 worth of food and the least they could have done was give a call to the people and say they were running behind schedule, something! And she didn't seem to even have a care if she lost costumers or not. She rolled her eyes and asked what do I want her to do ? Even had the nerve to turn people away that wanted to dine in that night because they couldn't handle all the orders. I was never expecting to get my meal for nothing, but some respect, an apology for the inconvenience or I suggested even coupon for next time would have been a nice gesture for my time of waiting. She stated they aren't "trained on giving coupons". She clearly wasn't understanding my point, nor did she care!

Staff is decent, makes a good conversation without it being awkward. A little dirty, nothing unusual, but could use some new installments to make the feel better when sitting down inside. Buffet is not at every Pizza Hut, so it's unique to see it --- and very convenient and cheap. Worth the six bucks, I believe it was (?). The pizza was off average quality in looks, but tasted quite good and classic pizza. The cheese somehow tastes better then unusual in this place -- not sure what that is about but I'm totally near for it. The breadsticks are different from your average Pizza Hut and could be heavily improved, although not too a bad extent or low quality, it was not made to what Pizza Hut usually would give you. The TVs are never on, nothing to complain about but just in case I would like to add this. Unlike other reviews have listed, no health complaints -- been here several times (I would guess 10/11/12) -- no issues worth listing. Oh wait -- maybe one. Don't use the bathrooms. I hate to say this because by chance you may be eating there right now as you stumble upon this and seeing the distance here to your destination, so I'm sorry. There were several pieces of long curly hair laying on the toilet seat and more in the sink, yellow water, and even some unidentifed liquids on the toilet seat. Had been driving four hours and had to use the restroom badly, but I stopped at an Exxon(I believe) nearby because of how unsanitary this was. Please staff, if you read this -- clean up your bathrooms! Well, besides, the bad bathrooms, not a bad experience. Could see myself stopping here again for a quick, quality and even affordable bite to eat -- right of the Turnpike, so it's noteworthy to non-locals. You will come across a toll when you are on your way here, and it does kind of knock you, so if you don't have much cash on you be weary. Also, buffet ends at 1:30.

Tonight marks the 2nd time I've been treated like crap on the phone by this girl who apparently is the "manager". You call in, she cuts you off.. You ask, "do you have any coupons tonight?" she makes you feel like you are some sort of idiot for asking. Her demeanor on the phone is extremely harsh and abrasive! This is only the 2nd time that I have called for a delivery both times in the evening on a weekend, this time Friday night, may 31st so you do the math of who was there. ... I figured I would give it a second chance after the first time dealing with this bitchy woman... She did exactly the same stuff. The guys who deliver are so fabulous and nice, it's clearly not a company wide policy of hiring jerks, but the girl who "manages" this pizza hut in Quakertown is not nice. She's not even pleasant from the minute she answers the phone. If you don't believe me, try calling yourself and if you are unlucky enough to get this j*** on the phone you will see. Never have I felt more unwelcome to place an order. I don't think I'll ever call again. Can't fool me more than twice! She's rude. Absolutely rude. Driver was super nice!!
