Beware of the homeless guy that lives in his truck on the Quakertown Farmers Market property. Market management does not care about how he treats people on their property. This past weekend he verbally attacked another vendor to the point that the guy started crying.
The owners, management, security, anyone involved with the everyday operations of Quakertown Farmers Market should be held accountable if anything ever happens to somebody due to Woody/Toms actions.
Be on the lookout for a white truck with a cap on the back, parked in the farmers market parking lot, inside that truck is a ticking time bomb named Tom aka Woody, stay far away from that loose canon.

Redbeard is 100% correct, that guy is out of control, how many times can they allow him to cause problems and let him stay on the property. He lives in his truck on the property so they allow him to get away with everything so he can be the watch dog. They pay him in Qmart bucks. He is a absolute liability.
