Got the miso ramen and it was delicious! Loved the pork and the egg especially. I'd post a pic of the lovely bowl but I housed it before I could post an image! Come here for the noodles!
Amazing takkii beef ramen. Loved the mango green tea. Very flavorful broth. I've never been to the Trolley Barn before, but will make a note to come back. The atmosphere is pleasant. It wasn't too busy (but I came on a rainy day). Service was very polite. Overall very enjoyable experience :)

Great food! Large portion! For sure, we will be back!
My usual go-to is black garlic tonkatsu ramen but this time, the broth tasted very bland more like creamy water flavor. Ramen noodles & toppings were still great though!

Fantastic food. I have found my new go to place. Wonderful flavorful tastes. I’ll be ordering here a lot. My new favorite place. Highly recommended! I can’t wait to try more dishes so I’ll be back often. So impressive
Dietary restrictions: I suffer terribly from stomach issues and discovering Takkii Ramen has changed my life because NOTHING has upset my stomach/IBS at all and that’s rare for me to be able to eat with such comfort & zero distress and have so much FLAVOR and no miserable stomach issues I get from eating regular American dishes
Parking: Free parking lot our back

Really disappointed. I came hear the first time a year ago and the food was amazing. Couldn't wait to come again. However today, once i received my meal the portion size was smaller, and the flavor was under. I don't mind paying for good food but felt cheated today.

There are times when I leave a restaurant disappointed. It is rare, however, that I leave angry and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of.This was our first trip to the trolley barn, and they were many good choices for lunch. We decided to try this restaurant. We both ordered rice, bowls, one with chicken, and one was pork. In addition, we tried the Japanese squid appetizer. With a tip it came to $47.The squid was so tough and chewy that you could color it pink and put it on the end of a number two pencil. Absolutely the worst squid I’ve had and I’ve had many dishes. The roast bowls had very little except rice on one side, and a gravy on that other side that was supposed to be curry. It was bland. How bland? If you took a can of Chef Boyardee gravy, and added a teaspoon of curry powder, bland. The volume was insufficient for the amount of rice, and we both ended up throwing half a bowl of rice in the trash. The pork was dry and the chicken unimpressive. Some vegetables besides the colored ginger for “effect” would have been nice.We had eaten at the sister restaurant in Bethlehem and it was good. This is the problem with a chain restaurant. No ownership. Food itself is a very variable ingredient and sometimes recipes need to address the inconsistency.I also added a tip consistent with dine in. You would think they could walk the 5 to the table to give you your food. No, you have to go up to the counter and get it. What is the tip for? Putting your paper bowl up on the counter?I would not eat here again

We each got something different, but you would never have known. There was no heat to anything that said it was spicy, and each dish tasted exactly the same weather it was beef pork or chicken. It's really not worth 15$. The service was great! Very respectful and helpful. It's just a shame the food is sub-par.

The beef bowl I ordered was very fatty and had not much more than just a little sauce, green onions and a couple pickled onions. Very disappointed since the picture of it looked so much more appetizing and healthy.
AMAZING! Staff was super friendly making sure everything tasted great. the edamame was out of this world so simple but so much flavor. they were able to make my mango green tea not sure sweet. delicious. got the takkii beef ramen. from the broth to the beef pieces everything was amazing. highly recommend.

First no pics sorry. Also called Takkii Ramen at the Trolley Station. Service was good, presentation nice however, not the japanese food I know. I am slightly critical since I am part japanese. Ordered spicy udon soup, 2 thick slices of pork, fish cake, soy marinated egg, bamboo shoots(?) with a miso like broth & chili oil. Also ordered gyoza. Udon soup is normally not made with miso broth, but broth was fine. Also ichimi togarashi (chili pepper powder) is added for spice & chashu (pork belly) in japanese udon. The gyoza was fried & I much prefer it pan fried & steamed. Although it tasted ok & sauce was good. Probably will not return, since I can make this at home for a fraction of the price. $25+ was a bit high.
Parking: Should go early for a spot since it is crowded during prime time.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating & nice for the for the whole family.
This place is fantastic. The portion size is good and the food tastes good. Appetizers and the Ramen! If you haven’t tried this place, you should!

I love the location and the food is decent. The chef behind the counter was very friendly and nice. The cashier was not so nice. She made me feel like I was disturbing her time off her phone. I get it when its slow being on the phone is the thing but at least be nice. She handed me my item with out saying one word, gave a look and went back to her phone. I am not upset at all about her being on her phone. I can care less about that part. But the rude look and the non verbal acknowledgement is what made me upset. She didn't offer me a bag or asked how everything went. Just ugh. I will have to second thought about going back.

I've ordered some times from this place during COVID's quarantine, and the ramen was good. This was the first time going to eat at this place. As it's inside a old train station, sharing the space with other restaurants and shops, it's more like a good plaza. Nothing fancy at all, just the opposite. What did really surprised me it's that the food doesn't have the same quality anymore. Both, my daughter and I didn't enjoy the meal. It's a pity as this is the only ramen place around.
Parking: Lots of space, I can't see anybody not having a parking spot any time of the day
