Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

love gelato I get vanilla soft serve & chocolate water ice! Hubby loves cotton candy

I went with a friend and we both asked for sundaes like in the picture they have in the place. I got mine and was half of the cup and not like in the picture and I told the girl and she put the cool whip and the cherry. My friend ordered hers and half empty bowl and didn't do it like in the picture again and my friend told her and she put cool whip. Then my friend wanted to use the bathroom and the girl was really rude with her, she was crying. The employees need training on how to do the ice creams and how to treat the customers

The water ice is great and the customer service is excellent!

went there because of a specific summer flavor ice cream i was told they had only to find they didnt have it because they change their flavors everyday. what makes this twice as bad their flavors of the day were pumkin & roasted marshmallow. this is july not october. its only added flavoring so why cant you get what you want. so stupid! the genius who ever came up with this idea should be fired. now im a very dissappointed customer.

Walked into a building filled with children who don’t know what they are doing. I asked for a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and got back a vanilla one instead then asked for the chocolate one I wanted. Instead of it being chocolate peanut butter it was chocolate with Reese cups. The fact that they messed it up not only the first time but the second as well is infuriating. Definitely not coming back to this establishment if kids cannot listen to a simple order.

This place is wonderful. The staff had a great and friendly disposition. They were playful yet very professional. It took me a minute to order. The staff was patient and helpful. The building was obviously clean and well kept.
