30 minute delay for drive through pick up. If delays are expected the app should provide an accurate pick up time.

I went to the drive-through and ask for an almond milk, flat white with a honey pack, put into the drink. When I received the drink, it said that there was raw sugar in it. I returned the drink and waited for another ,upon leaving ,It seems as if it was a Dairy-based creamer, and not the almond milk .i don’t do dairy!! It does not say on the label what it is. And it taste like dishwater, as they must’ve been in a hurry, and only put one shot of espresso in it.

Never been inside although the location is HORRIBLE. Parking is a nightmare. Just driving buy the place people will race you thinking your trying to get in line to the drive-thru. Most everyone I have delt with are genuinely nice people (most). I can say what everyone already knows...coffee is good and overpriced. Depending what you want maybe worth it. But they really need to do something about that drive-thru it's dog eat dog.

i have been a regular customer for years. I think I’ve switched jobs 3 times but still continue to be a loyal customer. The staff are just incredibly awesome. They have had some turnover and i will say that i for one will miss some of the old crew. Tori was a staple there for years. She absolutely embodied the mantra and no matter what, always was respectful and courteous and just downright a joy to deal with. I saw interactions with disrespectful customers and she carried herself with poise and dignity. If youre the GM reading this, yes, she was the epitome from what we saw of dedication and customer service. I definitely think the store lost one of the best and would love to see her back.Laura, Linda, Madisyn are always just an absolute joy to see when we come in. Its a breath of fresh air to see people passionate about what they do and do it well. I know that customers can be difficult and often are but you all and the rest of the staff, that i just dont know everyones names yet are beyond phenomenal. Dont lose the passion. We appreciate you!

I am sharing my thoughts about a visit I had Friday morning. Let me start by saying the quality of my drink was delightful... but something happened during my visit. A blond lady in a black apron, not sure if shes a manager or what...was badgering one of your poor baristas until she cried. Not a good look for a place thats supposed to be welcoming. The other folks working were great, but seeing that left a bad taste in my mouth.. wont be coming back.

I really feel for the people working here, the lady in the black apron (who I think is their manager?) is a real piece of work. Everyone seems really stressed out, but a lot of the time nothing seems like it's getting done on time and I can only guess that's... not really their fault. I mean if everyone is trying and all that energy is going nowhere, who's job is it to fix that? One of the girls I saw there seemed like she was on the verge of tears and her boss was just hounding her. It's unacceptable.I'd say they need new management, but I swear I remembner seeing a lot of other people who seemed like management there in the past.

Always prioritizing the drive through and online orders before customers actually standing in the store and waiting.

i was told they have organic coffee if you ask. they will open a bag to do a pour over! simply asking pretty cool. why 4 stars, i guess because i'd like their price to be a little lower. I certainly don't go every week.but it's nice to have at times

7/31/23 12:30 pmAmazing group of women. All greeted me with a smile. Made a beautiful drink for my daughter. They went beyond what they needed too. I hope they get some recognition for their outstanding customer service.
