I went through the drive-thru and my order was taken by the automated system, which was surprisingly fast and super efficient. Everything went smoothly, and by the time I got to the window, the staff was friendly and had my order ready quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly right. Great experience all around! I drive out of my way for this taco bell!

Honesty Do the right thing
I literally just waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. A computer took my order so I think the employees must have been sitting around instead of realizing there’s a line of cars who ordered, sitting at the drivethru for 15 minutes. Katrina didn’t even say sorry, smh. My chicken was burnt or recooked too many times, too. Major fail!

Went to the drive thru, tried to order but the box was obviously AI and not a live person. The order kept coming up on the screen and was incorrect 3 times! Yea, sorry not worth the aggrevation! Frustrated, we just drove away and went down the road to Arbys, who actually had a real live human being working at the window.! We will not be going back to Taco Bell, ever! Absolutely horrible! I would give a minus 10 if it were an option!

They switched to using some awful AI to take their orders, it couldnt understand me and kept adding stuff that I didn't want, i ended up having to ask for a ridiculus amount of water cups in order to force a worker to take my order, if they have people paid to listen, why use an ai to take orders?
