Went for the first time a few weeks ago and taking some friends back there tonight. Everything we had here was excellent! I tried their seasonal sour beer and it was great. The food is what really was a highlight. We had the Parmesan fries and the hot wings which had the perfect kind of sauce. The absolute best thing though was the brisket po boy sandwich. It was the best sandwich I have eaten in my entire life!!! I am pleading that the chef puts it on the menu permanently. I have told everyone I know about this sandwich, it is that good!
Kylie was our server and she was so nice and so helpful.

Nice brewery in downtown Quakertown. My favorite beers were the Low Expectations NEIPA and the Franklin's Cookies Stout.
All I had was a flight, but I enjoyed the bar and was glad I dropped by.

Great food and beer options. Love eating at a place that brews their own beer onsite. The menu was 🔥 and everything we got was delicious. Tuesdays they have a burger deal worth checking out.

Wow! Amazing fish and chips. The best coleslaw I’ve ever tried (the girl was kind enough to bring me 2 refills). Awesome beer - tried the Irish red and a Blonde something. Want and will go there soon! If they could just realize the temperature to make it cozier it would be nice.

Didn't dine here as we found the entire atmosphere a bit weird. The room we were seated in had a large wrap around bar, and was lit like an interrogation room. Major reverb, not in a good way - the room has vaulted ceilings and is brick plaster, brick plaster, brick plaster, brick plaster..... Yes, our brief conversation is still echoing on that room 3 weeks later.... Lastly, the two Mama-san, Papa-san, Emer-san bookshelf speakers procured in 1979 still working! But the shitty seventies rock they are still playing sounds terrible coming out of them for a room with 25 people in it ...

Anything but, Proper.

Top notch people, food, and atmosphere! Kris was fantastic to work with to organize our event and Grace was amazing as our day of coordinator. The food was delicious and the event room is wonderful for a large group. Really appreciate everything. Can’t wait to go back!
