I have been to this place for smoothies,wrap and etc for a while now. Let just start of saying the works are very nice and patient also very quick.The food comes in a matter of time well prepared. It is a very clean environment and great for hanging out with friends and family. I highly recommend this place for a day out to cool off.

kind of disappointed because i drove an hour over here to try the greek yogurt bowl with the team mobile tuesday app and i had everything ready and called the day before (yesterday) to make sure it’d be alright to use the code there and when i get there i automatically got turned down with a very nasty attitude and judgy looks from her coworkers behind her and then she tells me to move for the next customer; impolite and bad service?

Ordered a plain strawberry smoothie. Apparently since I didn't want banana in it they hardly put in any strawberry. They had to add strawberry juice and water just so it would blend. We come here all of the time, just lost some business.

Smoothies are large and tasted great! I really like how there is a no added sugar or half sugar option when ordering. My sunrise sunset smoothie was delightful. Pleasant staff also!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is like the top smoothie place ever! It really depends on who is making your smoothie… Just like a Starbucks barista. One time this Asian guy made me the best peanut butter paradise smoothie ever. And I always get the same smoothie eveytime. So when you arrive, you know if you’re gonna have a great smoothie or just a good smoothie. Lol.Also, on the app, make sure you choose how much sweetness you want. You can actually get sugar-substitutes, half sugar or full turbinado sugar.The owner likes to keep this place spic-and-span, and the craftsmanship on the inside as far as building materials are top-notch, and the bathrooms are always clean. Love, a place like that where the owner takes pride in their store.Vegetarian options: There is this hummus, avocado wrap to die for. Definitely gotta check that out if you’re vegetarian. There’s also vegetarian smoothies that they specialize in so please if you’re vegetarian, take a look at this place; you will not be disappointed.Parking: There is enough parking in front of the store but where MOD pizza is next-door, there’s a whole plaza on that side and there’s plenty of parking there, so never ever, ever an issue with parking.Kid-friendliness: I would say, this place is average due to the tall stools that they have at the bar, but kids will find it easier to sit at the tables.I am not sure if they have high chairs. ?Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair through the door, but the door is not automatic, so someone would have to open the door for you for assistance

First let me say...the people were great that worked there. But... The menu does not list the sugar they put in the smoothies. The signs say just the fruit and give the image that there is fruit only in your drink. However, I watched them place sugar in the drink. And had to ask them to make me a new one. When they made me the new one, it had absolutely zero flavor there was so much ice in the drink that it tasted like blue drink without flavor. I certainly would not recommend this place for a smoothie. If you want a real healthy smoothie with great flavor go toRaw Replenish. I will say again the employees were wonderful.I read all the great reviews and even the ones that said there is only fruit in the smoothie. However I watched them place the powder in the drink and asked what it was and was told it was, just a little turbanado sugar. It is not listed on any menu and I have to be aware of my sugars.The wrap we had was tasty.

I'm always on the lookout for a good smoothie place. I was very impressed with the size, taste & consistency of the berry blast smoothie. Couldn't resist getting a bite to eat; their food menu is simple & fresh. I'll be returning for the Thai chicken wrap, it was full of flavor & the side of perfectly cooked sweet potatos was a nice addition.Excited to try other items! (Bonus: Rewards App.)
