Went to get food at this Wendy's. The 4 employees looked at us and didn't help us for like 4-6minutes. When one of them did come over we asked do you have taco salad? They checked and said no Taco Salad. So we left.

We met most rude gentleman and a white shirt bald gave us a hard time because we ordered a burger out cheese and they rang up a cheese and said you have to pull the front away. What the hell is the customer service about this point?

When you close your restaurant a full day for “training”, I just assume you failed a health department inspection. If you were having a training you would do it at an offsite location so you could keep your restaurant open and not lose revenue. Red Flag.
Staff are generally rude. The ‘Frosties’ are no longer ‘Frosty’! They used to be so thick that you needed a spoon to eat them. Now you can just drink them out of the cup. They’re just thick chocolate milk now. VERY disappointed! Bring back the REAL Frosty!
Refused to take mobile order after stating that they were only taking door dash and mobile orders.
