We have been going there for at least 20 years and has always been a favorite. Recently got a pizza that was as hard as the box it came in. Just horrible. No cheese on it. I actually looked in the box to see if a pizza was even in there because the box was so light. We called and told them and asked for a replacement and when my husband went to pick up the new pizza he was treated so horribly by the man in charge that we will never go back. The man was so rude that it worried us to even eat the replacement pizza and we did not. So sad to say after 20 years we will NEVER go back there.

I have been involved in food customer service for years and I am not accustomed to writing a bad review: We ordered a large sub, taco salad and a panini with fries which cost $45. They then charged us an additional 75 cents for mayo for the sub. This is not the worst part - when I inquired why the total was so high, the cashier responded "I'll give you the receipt and you can figure it out." We have ordered from Sam's several times and have no problem with the food, but we will not return because of the poor customer service.

Just picked up their Philly cheese steak. Worst I have ever had !! Pepper stems picked out 5x. Philly steaks are made with green pepper please . Not yellow !! Never a bad experience here B4 but, for me, it only takes 1 + my $$ will be spent with the local competition. For the $$ they charge + based on previous quality of the menu my expectations were not met. Very disappointed. Especially considering their established reputation. Sorry guys but my trust in your quality is lost + so is my business.
