Two out of 7 steaks were completely purple raw. Not even rare and we asked for medium rare. They took the two mid to low level quality steaks back and refired them with the steaks already cut into and everything. By the time everyone else could eat of course food was cold. Then we were lectured to what medium rare is, as if we don't know, when they served us raw $60, 8 Oz filets. One of the raw steaks was given to my 14 year old daughter who eats quality food and at higher end restaurants regularly since she was little. No discount on bill or anything was offered. $900 for dinner. Absolutely not worth the price. If you're going to go to a chain steakhouse, capital grill is far superior if you can believe that. Ruth's Chris is better for that matter. I'm not a serial poster and you can look at my other reviews. Steer far away from this wanna be swanky illusion of a fancy steakhouse.

This place was selected as the restaurant to celebrate my good friends birthday. This is going to be long. My husband and I arrived a little before the guest of honor and rest of our party so we decided to go to the bar and have a drink and wait. We were never ever acknowledged, the bartender walked back and forth taking care of customers and never even looked our way. We sat there in disbelief for 10 minutes. Finally when our party had arrived and we stood to go a manager asked had we been helped. He knew good and damn well we weren't. But anyhow we proceeded to go to the private room for the party and our server had an attitude from the beginning. He never even introduced himself. It was a party of 10. They were slow with everything. Didn't care where the food was placed when they brought it out, Had us passing plates and dishes between us because they just plopped them down and not where they belonged. The reviews all rave about a server named Alladin. Well we didn't even find out that was who our server was until we complained. He purposely never told us his name because he knew was going to give bad service.
The food was a different disaster. For the price it should be delicious. The lobster bisque was cold and bland and tasted canned. Panera has a better bisque. The steak lacked flavor and had to be sent back to be cooked, came out raw. They call this fine dining... We should have taken our party to the Capital Grill. We will be going for a do over at a real fine dining establishment. This food was mid at best... and the service horrendous. Won't ever visit again and wouldn't advise anyone else to.

The food was just okay. One of my sides I ordered was lobster mac n cheese and I was very disappointed. It was real runny as if it was box mac n cheese.

Me and my wife went to flemings for our fifteenth wedding anniversary on valentine's day twenty twenty five... First of all, our waitress had to look at the menu after I ordered to see what it was I was ordering.. It was a two hundred and forty dollar chateaubrian, that was not a chateaubrian, it had two ends of filet mignon that were burnt on the outside and undercooked. In the middle , the waitress never took our wine glasses. Even though we didn't order wine, never clean the crumbs off our table, our drinks literally looked like someone in a frat house made them. My wife's martini came in a margarita.Glass and so did mine, my pineapple, something or other looks like kool ate in a glass with a dirty looking lime chunk floating in it. The two hundred and forty dollar meal 42 didn't even come with a side.I had to pay twenty dollars for mashed potatoes extra... Don't waste your money go somewhere better like Capitol, grill or mortons. Or sullivan's... This is a subpar steakhouse... But hey, if you want to pay three hundred and fifty dollars for a meal and sit next to somebody in a hoodie, hooting and hollering the whole time, go ahead!!

Bad service waiter was bad orders all wrong. Dessert was horrible cheesecake. Tasted like cardboard crumb brulee was awful. I never leave bad reviews, but for the prices that this place gets, they should be ashamed of themselves.
There is nothing remarkable about this place except for its outrageous pricing. The atmosphere is blah, the food blah, and the servers were nice but the service was just ok. We spent over $400 for 3 people and it was not worth it at all.

From beginning to end, my dining experience at this establishment was disappointing. My partner and I waited more than 5 minutes at the host stand, while the manager was busy talking on his cell phone at the bar/employee. Throughout our courses, the server never crumbed the table, no hot towel service, even though we used our hands for our appetizers. Was not offered to deshell our lobster tails. We asked for fresh cracked pepper, and the server brought salt and pepper shakers. Cloudy silverware. Just a horrible experience. Steak was overcooked from a medium rare to medium well. Server never checked on our food. Really soupy lobster Mac and cheese. The server was imply an order taker, didn't ask if we were celebrating something special or have an allergy to anything. Very disappointing. The check was over $400 and really not worth it. At some point, the manager was busy eating in their see through kitchen that I noticed a guest waiting at the door again. Very disappointing knowing we both frequent fine dining establishments. This place was horrific. Don't waste your money here.

I come here often. This is the first time I have not been happy with my food. I asked for bread, but didnt get any until my actual food came out. I asked for a well done NY strip steak. I received a medium rare steak. I sent it back just to receive it as medium well. I asked for a strawberry long Island iced tea, he brought me pineapple. I asked for grilled onions, didn’t get those either. The waiter was very nice and accommodating which is why I give a 3. Even though dessert was on the house; I really would rather had a good steak. I barely ate it. Will I come again? Absolutely! I just hope I have a better food experience next time. Today I am saddened.
Steak is great, tender and flavorful. I had calamari, which is not fresh. Service is ok.

Absolutely amazing restaurant.
The service from John tonight at Fleming’s was perfection. He listened to every question and request. He recommended a fantastic wine that met in the middle for both my boyfriends and my taste. We each had a dry aged ribeye with horseradish butter for dinner and it was out of this world delicious and melt in your mouth. Every aspect of our anniversary dinner was perfect! From the complimentary chocolates after dinner, to the happy anniversary plate with a sparkler in our dessert, and John personally making my boyfriend his cappuccino for him! We will definitely go back and definitely recommend Fleming’s to anyone!

I placed an order for DOORDASH, a cut of meat, previously it has always been an excellent meal but now they surprised me with the order completely raw meat, and it even affected my health. I need to contact a manager, the service has always been excellent but not this time.

A wonderful experience. Well, we had previously dimed here with Maria as our server who is exceptional. We were surprised this evening to meet our new server Scott. Scott displayed the hallmarks of excellent service in many ways his cheerful mood and his readiness to please. We're apparent from the staff meeting in the kitchen with The dining room captain. The highlight of the evening was watching. My friends consume four wagyu Japanese beef steaks. What a wonderful experience! Thank you Scott for spilling the mayonnaise in my lap. I will come again.
Vegetarian options: All vegetarian all the time. Excellent. How's the parking
Parking: Make sure to ask. Scott, to double check the alcohol stock before ordering your drink.

Dined this evening for our anniversary dinner. Consistently delicious food and excellent service. Our waiter, Steve, goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant evening. Highly recommend.
Went for a spur of the moment, solo lunch. Had the petite sirloin and lobster bisque. Perfect portions in my opinion for a lunch and the staff was super friendly.
If you always wanted to try this restaurant but didn't want to pay dinner prices, give lunch a try and you just might be back for dinner!
