Usually they are really good and fresh but that wasn’t the case this time. I had the roast beef and provolone and the roast beef was brown and dry as if it had been sitting out for days. The person who did the toppings was not attentive and seemed to be more focused on dancing to the music than actually paying attention to the customer and their requests. I asked repeatedly to please put mayo on both sides of the bread and that wasn’t done. She was confused about simple toppings as well. The person who cut the meat was nice, energetic, and attentive, the person who rang me up at the register was nice and attentive, and the person who handed me mayo (after having to go back because that the other employee forgot) was nice and attentive as well. My husband and I came here a lot in the past, but unfortunately we won’t be back after that experience.

Everything looked good while I was waiting in line until I saw an employee behind the counter picking her nose while standing next to the food prep station. One of the employees then asked me if I was ready and I said I was waiting to see if she washed her hands. She did not and just started putting on a pair of gloves. There is no way to get gloves on without touching the outside with your snotty fingers. I said I was leaving and the employee just snickered at me. I will never give Jersey Mike's my business if this is how they train their employees on food sanitation and customer service.

This did not happen with my doordash order mine was already sitting on the shelf and was made by another employee who was following health code rules, I saw an employee touch there shirt and then touch a sandwich without changing her gloves and also she took a tomato off a sandwich and put back in the container, also there was lettuce everywhere every counter was dirty no one cleans here food all over the floor 2 days in a row and the floors don't look mopped I will be calling in a health code violation.

Edit~ they have thoroughly and properly cleaned the store

As I sit here on the Blue Route, in a sea of traffic, I have just finished my first Jersey Mike's hoagie ever. For once, I am truly full.

The two young ladies that helped me at the store were absolutely awesome. One of them had a debilitating fear of forces and the other loved tattoos. The workers and the customers in the store worked through all of that, and in the end, everyone went home with food and me, a cookie.

Unfortunately, I had to leave the store and now I can't even get this person next to me to let me merge into a lane. One of the young ladies at the counter would have let me merge.

I will be back.

Best tuna sandwich I’ve had in a long time and the chocolate chunk mini cookies were sinfully sweet and delicious! Chris and the team were awesome! Thanks for the love.

The employees listen when you ordered. They were friendly. The prep area was clean and they made sure to change there gloves if they worked at the cash registered then needed to go make a sandwich. Thank you Jersey Mike for teaching your employees to be conscious of cleanliness because some restaurant you have to remind the employee that they just took money and to please change your gloves before making my food.

This was possibly the very, very WORST EVER sandwich I have ever had! HORRIBLE! I had not been here in a couple years, it was an adequate stop when we were working a lot, right off the Blue Route. Today was a hot, humid day, we had no interest in hot food so we thought we'd try you again. We stopped going here after the previous manager Kat left because the sandwiches sucked. Guess what, they still suck. I hate to be so critical but even if you are a chain please respect that you will never be South Philly/Delco worthy. Let's start with the bread…it will never be mistaken for Sarcone's, Liscio’s or Amoroso's. Tasteless. We used to like your seeded bread but I can't figure out what happened to it today, it didn't even taste baked. The cold cuts are a joke, I understand with quality control and expenses you have to trim costs but you cut the slices so thin you can see through them. Again, it was a hot day and I was amazed by the numbers of people in line. Especially amazed because a lot of people were ordering turkey lunch meat sandwiches when I can show you several delis in my area that offer real turkey breast in my area for about the same price. Go figure. You don't need to reply because I will never go here again. And, the lady putting the sandwich together was very petite, very nice but I couldn't hear her, and I made the grievous mistake of leaning on the glass partition and then was yelled at by some guy? Huh? Maybe put a sign up don't lean on the glass? Sorry, I did not expect this today. Makes me sad because I know you do a lot of charity donations but today's experience was not what I expected. Again, no need to reply.

Every time we come here they screw up our order. Today takes the cake. We bought lunch for our kids to take to a baseball tournament. Our order was completely wrong and our sons sub was filled with extra jalapenos. After my the tournament he was crying because he was so hungry and didn't have lunch like the other kids. In the dugout he had to toss his sub, and couldn't complain to parents

Unbelievably frustrated we've called 10 times and no one answers the phone. Corporate lines are all shut down and you have to call the franchise. We've sent emails in the past
