The staff here tonight were customer service experts! Jersey Mike's is a real one...

Parking: How do they do customer service so well? It's a chain deli for Pete's sake. Why did they treat me so well? Am I important?

Jade cutting the meat and cheese was very impressive. He was polite for all five of our family members to order. He was careful with the gluten allergy precautions and we really appreciated his customer service. Another employee said there was no more lettuce they could get from the back which was disappointing for a celiac person. The atmosphere was so cold and it was cold outside so that stinks. The bathrooms were very clean.

On a positive note they had decent G F bread. Also, one employee expressed understanding that it was disappointing that they didn't have horseradish.
The floor had scraps of paper like it had not been swept all day.
The first of the two people behind the counter didn't greet me and appeared like he couldn't care.
The roast beef was tasteless - incredible but true.
