Food was fantastic! I’ve been in to this location a few times, and food has been consistently good, but the customer service hadn’t been great, but this most recent visit this past Wednesday was the best, yet. I believe there was a new girl with brown hair handling the register, and who brought the food to my table, and she made me want to return. She was so nice and really knew how to speak to customers. Definitely made me smile and the table next to me agreed that she was amazing. The customer service alone would bring me back again and again. Way to go, Smashburger!!!

This was my first experience with any Smashburger. Didn't find any option on the menu without egg and meat. The general manager of the store didn't want me to walk out without having a meal, and offered to make a custom dish for me. He checked on the veggies I would like sauteed, and put together a sandwich / burger with that. Refused to take any tip, and threw in a discount and offered to suggest to the management on accomodating more dietary preferences. He personally made the dish to ensure that nothing goes wrong , and the dish tasted Smashin' awesome!

Floor is dangerously slippery, like there is grease on it. It’s gross. The air conditioning is completely out of control; it’s maybe 60 degrees inside. Finally the tables are too close together and not adjusted, so they don’t line up when pushed together. Is this even up to code?

Smashburgers are the best burgers in the USA. Don't ever take your Double Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger off the menu. The Radnor, PA store's customer service representatives are always very helpful and today she reminded me I could get double reward points with my purchase .

Went after a long Time. Service was so good. There was a guy(might be a manager) at counter who helped me what I wanted(looking for a BOGO) he was so patience and briefed me whether that location is honoring that BOGO offer.staff are friendly. Loved the ambience. Would highly recommend this location.

As a busy mom, finding a fresh, reliable and affordable place to eat is no easy task. However, SmashBurger in St. David’s is definitely a fan favorite. Not only are their burgers delicious but their atmosphere is warm and cozy for a fun family outing. I recommend this establishment!!!

I was going to eat there, however there was another guest with her toy dog! They sat down and she was letting the dog onto the tabletop and then each time quickly grabbed the dog back into her coat. I didn’t realize this establishment allowed other than service animals dogs in the common dining area for other guests. I really couldn’t enjoy my meal after that experience. I did really enjoy my black and white shake! I won’t be back unfortunately if this isn’t addressed.

Had a horrible experience at this location. This was my first time ever to a smash burger and they started to clean the restaurant around 8pm (an hour before closing) that wasn’t the issue. The issue was I waited 30 minutes to use the restroom before heading home, having almost a 2 hour drive home and even told the employee that. Just to be told that the bathrooms are closed at 8:30 when they still were open for 30 more minutes. Then as I was leaving I told the employee it was messed up that they closed the bathrooms that early and he proceeded to tell me to go F myself. What type of service is that?! I’m hoping not all of locations are like this. I honestly don’t even wanna go back to another location after that.
