Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the 2 other burgers were correct. I paid $9 for a bbq smash burger with rosemary fries. Not only did I not receive rosemary fries (they were plain) but I was given a bacon cheeseburger burger. Which would have been 6.99 instead of the $9 I paid. My bbq smash was not customized and is supposed to come with bbq sauce and onion straws both of which were not on the burger. We drove out of our way to go here as theres no smash burgers near where we live. Ordered on that app, got take out, and drove 40 mins home. So there’s no point in going back to correct it and you can only get hold of corporate by sending a message. That meal needs to be refunded.

We placed our order and while we waited, I watched them bag food for pickup that sat for quite some time. I requested light mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup and got the exact opposite. While the burger was hot the burger itself tasted like cardboard The french fries with cheese tasted like they put a half a cup of oil over the fries. It was not good. While I was there the staff while they were nice I watched them. Spend a lot of time socializing with each other out front by the register when they could have been spending time. Cleaning up all the trash on the floor. The cooking stuff, however, worked non-stop and did not participate in the socialization. They were doing a good job

It's a hamburger place they sell hamburgers that are very good. However their french fries are a hidden treasure. 1 Hamburger, 1 fountain coke, and French fries should NOT cost $18.

This location of smashburger is fantastic for service, food quality and the interior of the restaurant. It is very busy, but the owner is amazing and always make sure that customers have what they need. I once went in and forgot my wallet and needed a cup of water for my handicapped daughter. The owner was so cool and just gave us a large cup and said that's absolutely fine, and do you need anything else. A real gentleman. This Smashburger does a really good job and the staff and owner are very friendly and hardworking.
