For the first 2 months this location was open, I would come here almost everyday and we never had an issue. Idk what happened but now, every time I come, I wait almost 20 minutes. Today, we waited for about 5 minutes while 3 people in the other lane got their orders taken. The 1 texter that they had went to take the next person in that lane when I had to let her know that we were here before those people. By the time we got our order taken, there was one car in front of us. I saw that they got 2 drinks (a coffee chiller, and a fizz) they waited another 5 minutes or so for their drinks. By the time we made it up to the lane person, 6 cars in the other lane got their orders taken, got their drinks, and left. Texters are supposed to zig zag through both lines, but they never do. And only one machine was open during a very large rush. The employees are always nice, but it is unbelievably slow every time we go, and multiple times now, our orders were completely wrong. I understand it's not the employees fault and I genuinely feel bad because they always look so stressed. I just dont understand how management and/or corporate has not done something about the issue yet.

Worst experience trying to just buy gift cards. Had to sit in a line for 40 minutes because there is a nonexistent walkup window. Then the girl taking orders decided to reminisce with the car in front of us for 5 minutes after they finally got their drinks. This was my literal hell.
After Christmas update: We bought three gift cards at $25 each. One had zero and wasn't activated, one had $50 and one had $25. Thankfully these went to the same family and we didn't have a huge problem.

I ordered 2 drinks, it took 20 minutes to get to the window alone and then when I got there there was one person making drinks and a few people standing around and my drinks were still wrong.

The coffee is good. The issue is the wait time for coffee. I once waited in the line for 30 minutes when it wasn’t even busy. the Penn ave location is faster.

The photos make it appear as though there is a safe place to stand when you are walking up for an order, but the photos, which I think are 3D renders of what the property was supposed to look like, doesnt match reality. Coffee was average, nothing any better or worse than Dunkin or Starbucks.
Place was nice we drove up and they have fall drinks and snacks place was sparkling clean. The staff was nice and attentive to my family. Definitely recommend coming here my go-to drink stop 😊👍

Had a really great experience this week! The girl who took my order was so sweet, and good with recommendations. I got the Santa’s cookies drink and it was so well made. Very fast drive thru and did not disappoint :) Prices and portions are also very fair.

Having the employees out in this weather is absolutely diabolical I stopped coming for coffee just bc I feel terrible.. I work in drive thru at a different store and I’m freezing ! I don’t want a coffee that bad that that’s how they have to work
