Placed our order and waited 40 minutes for our meal. We changed the order to go because of time constraints! Restaurant was NOT busy! At one point the manager came by to tell us our meal is coming. And it didn’t. Never came out even when our meal finally appeared, packaged to go.

Food is not bad, consistent every time. I dined in before but it’s too dark and grungy of an atmosphere for me.

Jorge made our visit really memorable. My wife and I brought our twins for their 5th birthday lunch. Not only was the food and service perfect, the kids loved their “Happy Birthday” dessert and conversations with Jorge. We will definitely be back.

We stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and never saw anyone to seat us. Tried calling in just to see if I could speak with someone and call was picked up and hung up on. I've never been more disappointed with an Applebee's. Don't think we'll stop here again.

Went last night and my significant other is now pissing out of his ass. You guys gave him food poisoning because you don’t thoroughly cook your food. Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star… DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK!

Well, this applebee's, we got a waitress that took forever to give us cold food for only 2 people. I think we might not come back to this one again.
