Its one of my favorite places in the are to order Chinese food. Service is fast. If you call in food is always ready when I arrive. They also deliver to the Birdsboro/Exeter area.
Parking: Plenty of parking. They are located in Shelbourne Square. There are several other businesses in this shopping Center. Lowes and Redness are 2 of them.

The good, the food we ordered was freshly cooked and hot, not under a warming lamp. The bad, a big bowl of uncooked chicken just sat uncovered near counter. Our order just took so long to cook because of all the pick up orders and there were no other dine in patrons. I will continue to dine here because of the food being good.

First time trying this place. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Great quality, great portions, great value. I had the general tso's chicken with vegetable fried rice and spare ribs. The spare ribs were out of this world!!!!

I've moved out of delaware county and have been searching for good chinese food. I found it! The food here at best china chef is the BEST. Moist and flavorful. Staff is very nice and friendly too.

Where do I start because I never write reviews, but this needs to stop right now.This place used to be really really good when they were in the other location up on the hill now that they have moved things are very different. They have lost a lot of their quantity along with their quality of service and food. When you ask for extra pork fried rice day, usually give a tiny bit more and try to blend two large orders into one. The food is sitting out when it should be in the refrigerator and taken out when you place your order not on the counter and, allowing flies and anything that might come in on it. Rice taste has like an aftertaste to it. , allowing flies and anything that might come in on it. Rice taste, gummy it has like an aftertaste to it. The ribs used to be at least in some cases 5 inches long now it is soft if you know what I mean. it is also unacceptable to make mistakes when the establishment is buzzing with customers, and the phone is ringing. That is when you were supposed to be a sharp is not allowing your revenue to get in the way of your customer satisfaction. It is for me to drive to number one Kenhorst Plaza, but I will because the food is fresh. It cost a couple more dollars more, but you will not be disappointed. The owners name is Van. He is never ever rude on the phone unlike some of the people that answer the phone here, and I’m not talking about the new guy. When they mess up your order, they do not want to give a refund and they act as if you are wrong. I had chicken wings that have been sitting out prior to me ordering them, and when I bit into the chicken wings, The bones were crumble because they have been basically out too long. I would rather wait a little longer for fresh food than to have to wait a little bit of time for terrible food. I tried to give them another chance and now I have made up my mind. I will be going to Kenhorst Plaza to number one China by the Redners out there.

Great place, but I just wish they would wear gloves and dont let the same person handle money n food with no gloves, especially. However, it's a really nice place. Also, you will see cashier prepping foods at the customer counter at times. I dont think that's ok unless again constant hand washing n gloves. I would have given 5 stars from what i saw it was clean otherwise, and food was good.
