Was there about 3 months ago grab some breakfast as they opened for the day. The staff was great and very accommodating. The food was very delicious and sweet tea great. Let's jump to recent visit this week. Went around 7:00 at night drive thru which was super long. Which happens possibly understaffed. We order the girl totally gets order wrong wanted two sweet teas And two half gallons of tea and some meals. She gets it totally wrong we explain and we pull up to drive thru window and it's just after dark at Bojangles. Plenty of people in there so not understaffed at all just having a good time. Fooling around joking and flirting. The girl still got out order wrong we explained it said she only charged us for one. It was just a shit show. We get our food which was right and good but no straws for our drinks and was just ignored about our issues. We sat in drive thru total of 20 minutes probably got the wrong order and was rudely told after we explained in a nice way what we specifically wanted. The food is always good. But not going back if this is the type of service you get.

The chicken wasn't a good as our previous visits. Pieces were very small and dry. The fries weren't crispy like normal they were softer in texture.

Horrible service. I was in drive thru for 8 mins and keep being told 1 min. 4 cars behind us eventually they left and so did I. I called to see if everything was OK and the manager was rude and hung up the phone. It's the same thing every time so slow and I try again. REDNERS it is. Redners is very good ;) This is why businesses don't work out.

LOVE IT HERE! Friendly employees. Food is always hot and crispy, and all of the sides and chicken are DELICIOUS! Personally I love the Mac and cheese, dirty rice, and sandwiches. A family

I have been ordering the same family meal 8 Supremes and 4 pieces, once a week for months. Came through drive thru and ordered it today and was told they don't have that combo and they never did. When we explained we always get this combo here she told us rudely that no we must get it somewhere because they don't have it. This is the only Bojangles in PA as far as I know. If I wasn't already in drive thru I would have parked and ordered it on the app or gone I side because the cashier inside is always friendly and has no problem with the order. Instead ended up ordering everything separately and paying more.

Ordered my food online for pickup. Was told it wasn't ready yet when I got there. Waited 2 hours before being told they didn't have my food, then had to wait while they prepared it again. Will be a long time before I go back, if I ever do.
