Dirty roaches and mice running around. Upstairs rooms which i stay over a year the same with bathrooms don't get clean and the city doesn't do anything The same with Marias' restaurant on 3rd and Penn St in Reading pa they paid the city to atay open.

Love this place. Always very low key on what they serve. Drinks are cold but you really have to be a regular to get the service you want. Best believe pizza and sandwiches are amazing. Pay extra for the homemade pasta.
