I eat at Burger King down in Exeter or Wyomissing at this Burger King on 5th street is the worst I ordered chicken nuggets for the kids and applesauce no applesauce they gave me French fries the chicken nuggets were burnt and tasted horrible I will never eat at the 5th Street Burger King ever again

When you go there and order and cashier try give your order to someone else and they dig through the bag and said it not there and she then try and give you the same order the guy went through and only make it fresh when something is said and then the cashier yell at you that not right I'm the customer.Will not go there again and will YouTube her yelling at me so more don't go there down with burger king if they want to treat there customers that way.

We placed an order through the mobile app for pickup. When we picked it up, we waited a long time for the order to be ready then were hurried on our way. Unfortunately, despite the wait, the food was cold and we were missing 3 items! For what you pay and what you get, BK is not worth it. Find another place to eat!

So normally I don’t leave reviews but lunch break stays ruined definitely leave them one now every single day unless you put your your order for delivery, you will be waiting over in no exaggeration 10 to 15 minutes even for a chicken sandwich with fries a double cheeseburger and fries and don’t combo literally if u standing there waiting to order they’ll look u up and down like your dumb or at the wrong store before delegating who is gonna help you, Service 🙄 is horrible trash and honestly, it’s really not worth it. Honestly, I’m bout to just start eating Wawa gas station food. At least it’s made quicker.

Went up through the drive-thru, my wallet fell out of my pocket so it took me a minute to find it between the front and back seat, on the drivers side door. It wasn't long, just a minute. I apologized, yet got a snarky comment that it was an inconvenience. Then, I got my $14 bacon king meal, and the burger was cold. The individual at the second window was extremely rude, much worse than the first. From this point on, I'm done with Burger King. The poor food is one thing, yet the service is the worst I've seen. This is multiple locations now. Peace, Burger King, you used to be a nicer place. It is what it is. Now, it's in the past.
