Went up through the drive-thru, my wallet fell out of my pocket so it took me a minute to find it between the front and back seat, on the drivers side door. It wasn't long, just a minute. I apologized, yet got a snarky comment that it was an inconvenience. Then, I got my $14 bacon king meal, and the burger was cold. The individual at the second window was extremely rude, much worse than the first. From this point on, I'm done with Burger King. The poor food is one thing, yet the service is the worst I've seen. This is multiple locations now. Peace, Burger King, you used to be a nicer place. It is what it is. Now, it's in the past.

The food wasn't bad. A whopper Jr with chrese hasn't changed much over the years however the service always sucks at these fast food places. They ask if you want dipping sauce and what kind but NEVER put it in the bag. Absolutely ridiculous the laziness of these employees.

Never have condiments or lids. The floors are disgusting and sticking I had to go to the soda machine to get water to clean off the table tops and chairs they were so filthy

I went to this establishment and made a purchase. I live about 20 minutes away from 5th street highway. When I got home and called to complain about the mess up on my purchase I was told I would have to return the sandwich what a ridiculous policy. The general manager David the GM will receive a call on Monday when he is in!!!

Some experiences makes me realize why it's ok that the minimum wage in PA is $7.25 Every fast food place in PA has garbage service, granted they get paid pennies to work here so the service reflects on that.

The wait for my food was ridiculous, and for my order to be messed up is insane. I ordered the Maple bourbon BBQ Whopper, and this is what I received. There should be crispy onions and jalapeño on this sandwich, but there is only bacon and the BBQ sauce.

My bf and I placed a mobile order here the other night but somehow still had to wait an extra 50 minutes in the dining room even though they were not busy. The dining room was dirty, trash was everywhere. The workers were standing around talking and the one sat in his phone for 10 minutes picking a song to put on the speakers. I decided to go up to the counter asking for our mobile order and a line formed behind us. Nobody decided to help us or other customers, but rather stare up at us several times while continuing their conversation. I then felt pretty disgusted seeing no staff were wearing gloves as they were touching food. Eventually someone came to the counter and threw our order together, but still had some of our food missing anyways. I usually do not leave reviews but this place I highly don’t recommend.
