Waited an hour and a half only to leave without our food. And I was told I have to cancel in the app but you can’t. Had to reach out to customer support. Also I have never seen so many workers literally doing nothing but occupy space. We were told to park in handicap parking to wait for our order. They don’t acknowledge you at the counter either. Worst location I’ve ever been to! Won’t be returning!

I don’t know if I have bad luck or not, but the last 5 times I placed mobile orders, I had to wait in the drive-thru on average 25 minutes to get my order, sometimes with only 1 car in front of me, I don’t understand what is going on at this location
They are lucky I can do 1 star. Did a mobile order at 6:30pm today. Drove from wyomissing to this location. Sat in line with about 6 cars, only 1 in the lobby. It took 35 minutes to get my pre-ordered food. We sat at the first window for 10 minutes waiting for the person in front of us to get their order, when they could've handed us our order. They forgot the person in front of us drinks. They gave us our Luke warm order after waiting awhile. Again, this order was made on the app while we were all the way in wyomissing and we still had to wait at the window. The guy gave us the order closed the window and went back to chatting, once he came back my husband told him he forgot a drink and the guy argued that there wasn't another one and to show him the receipt. Guess what, he forgot a drink. Disgusting service, the management here should honestly be ashamed

The wait is unbearable. Burger king food is not worth 45 minute wait
The ratings can't be low enough. Staff could care less. Person in front of me was waiting for a call ahead order for 34 mins. I ordered 2 burgers, fries, and 1 drink. Took around 20 mins. 1 employee spent 1/2 his time on his cell phone pulling up what ever to share with the other 2 there. All laughing and having a grand time. Originally I was in the drive through lane.. after sitting 5 mins after seeing 2 other cars pull out of the lane. The drive through guy was telling everyone they were short staffed and to come inside, and did very little to help anyone there. Will not be returning. They used to be good, but whoever owns this one needs to fire every one there and start from scratch. Their customer service really is horrible.

Horrible...supposedly waited on in the drive thru by the self proclaimed best manager ever. NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME!! No hello, no thank you...nothing!! Got a dirty look when I asked for a cup holder. I know it's fast food but you can at least say hello or thank you. I'll never go back. The service there has been declining for a while. That did me in though.
