First time going here, it was a nice experience. The voodoo fries are out of this world! Staff was friendly and had notably good communication between the varying departments of the restaurant and hotel. We will definitely be back!

Convenient restaurant accepting reservations, complimentary parking when dining at Cheers & walking distance to Santander Performing Arts Center, makes this Reading experience very desirable and repeatable. Thank you.

Amazing place to dine before a concert across the street. Food was delicious and fresh. The hostess amazing at the door and the guy taking our order top notch. I forgot his name but he was on point. This is an excellent restaurant and Santander arena is right across the street. Also if you eat there before a concert you can park for free. They give you a code and boom. Excellent hotel and the ambience was great too.

We had a 6:30 PM reservation before a concert at Santander Arena. Service was very slow considering the restaurant appeared to be at only 40% capacity and our area being relatively empty. It took about 30 minutes to get our drink (only after flagging down our waiter who admitted he forgot them at the bar) and nearly 40 minutes for a simple salad. Our appetizers which were simple nachos and a cup of chili, arrived close to an hour later but they brought me a cup of soup instead of the chili. After more than hour after taking our order, the turkey wrap that we ordered never came so we canceled it because we had to leave for the concert. The waiter did apologize near the end and removed the wrap from the bill. Food quality was below average especially for the price: the nachos had no meat, just some chips with grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream, the chili was mostly beans with two pieces of meat, and the lettuce looked old. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and slow, especially considering the basic items we ordered. We still took care of our waiter because we truly don't know if it was his fault or not but we will never be going back, terrible service and even worse food.

Food was delicious with good size portions, fairly priced. Our server seemed easily distracted and forgetful. We paid our bill cash and it took almost 20 minutes to get change, another waited arrived and explained they did not have exact change? We were seated quickly and food was brought out in a timely manner. Great location for food and beverage before attending event at Santander Arena.

This place does a great job handling the crowds for the Santandar Arena. Make sure you get reservations though. It will be very busy.

Was a nice experience. We were there for the Nikki Glaser comedy show and it was very convienient to park in the hotel, eat dinner. walk right across the street and leave. Would love to go there again.

The food was delicious, staff very friendly. However, the frustration was that we made a reservation due to seeing a show across the street after dinner. We watched people without reservations and reservations after us get seated and served before we did, even arriving 15 minutes before our reservation.

Our food was good. The host was amazing at getting us seated and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and they were super busy because of the show that night. The manager also came over to make sure we were okay with our seats and to check on us throughout the night. The food runners were friendly and helped get things we needed to make our food taste better.

Food pricey for the quality. Waitstaff very nice.

10am Sunday, August 10th my three person family wandered into Cheers. Suzanne F. ws quick to greet and show us (to the very evident delight of my teen ❤️, sharp eye assessing us, Suzanne) the high tables and directed us to the buffet that they are well known. My family was thrilled but I have dietary issues and was in a hungry, grumpy mood... The staff hard earned these compliments. Thank you to Amy B. and the kitchen staff for knowing what did and did not have dairy. It really is a big deal to have a level of trust when away from home to be able to eat without getting sick. It saved me serious pain! Marisol in the kitchen took the extra time to make me the bbq chicken salad from the lunch menu. Folks, every shred was fresh and crisp. My family delighted in the wide variety of foods and beverages. The fresh juice blends really put the experience over the top. Jake H. gave me some advice about the local area to set me at ease. Cheers, please note that you have a seriously high quality staff working there. Folks, even though my hangry wild eyes did not reveal my appreciation for you, I hope this review does.

We’ve eaten at this restaurant at least once per month for the last 3 months and it’s usually the highlight of our visit to this hotel (and the hotel is very nice). The customer service is great but the food is even better. I choose this hotel over others in the area because of how much I like this restaurant

Great service. I ordered the crab cake special and they used imitation crab. I was highly disappointed with this. I would never have ordered these if I knew they were using imitation crab.

We are fond of the cheers Bistro breakfast buffet. It is one of the most reasonably priced buffets we have ever attended. The selection is excellent, the dining area is clean and the service is impeccable. The fact that it is part of the Doubletree is a plus.
