10am Sunday, August 10th my three person family wandered into Cheers. Suzanne F. ws quick to greet and show us (to the very evident delight of my teen ❤️, sharp eye assessing us, Suzanne) the high tables and directed us to the buffet that they are well known. My family was thrilled but I have dietary issues and was in a hungry, grumpy mood... The staff hard earned these compliments. Thank you to Amy B. and the kitchen staff for knowing what did and did not have dairy. It really is a big deal to have a level of trust when away from home to be able to eat without getting sick. It saved me serious pain! Marisol in the kitchen took the extra time to make me the bbq chicken salad from the lunch menu. Folks, every shred was fresh and crisp. My family delighted in the wide variety of foods and beverages. The fresh juice blends really put the experience over the top. Jake H. gave me some advice about the local area to set me at ease. Cheers, please note that you have a seriously high quality staff working there. Folks, even though my hangry wild eyes did not reveal my appreciation for you, I hope this review does.

We’ve eaten at this restaurant at least once per month for the last 3 months and it’s usually the highlight of our visit to this hotel (and the hotel is very nice). The customer service is great but the food is even better. I choose this hotel over others in the area because of how much I like this restaurant

We are fond of the cheers Bistro breakfast buffet. It is one of the most reasonably priced buffets we have ever attended. The selection is excellent, the dining area is clean and the service is impeccable. The fact that it is part of the Doubletree is a plus.

Excellent service. Hostess was very helpful. Clean and friendly environment. Delicious food. Close to the arena. Definitely give it a try!
So good! Having a pre-game drink at Cheers is a must if you're going to a hockey game. Here's the recipe: Park at the DoubleTree. Go to Cheers bistro and order a drink & snacks. Get the parking code from the bartender. Go across the street and enjoy the game!
I was headed to a concert across the street so had time to waste and was hungry. Probably one of the top hotel restaurants I’ve eaten from recently. Customer service was amazing. The colored greens along with the Mac and cheese were great!

While a little on the pricey side, I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Service was great as well. My hubby and I shared an order of the truffle fries and ribeye philly cheesesteak which was huge, but perfect for two people to split. Good selection of beers, wines, and specialty drinks. Everything was delicious!

Tina was very unhelpful. I called in regards to a position. Answered the phone with a “hello” followed by silence and when I asked for a manager she said there’s not one available. I asked if there was a better time or if she knew when they’d be back in and she said “I don’t know.” Again followed by silence. Very unprofessional don’t see them lasting long with current staff.
Went there with my daughter for lunch and waited 15 mins to be asked if I was there to eat? After that comment i got up and left Really bad service once again just lost hope in this place as a good spot to go to I live local and see why it's always a bare min of ppl

Great customer service. The Bartender Amy was so pleasant, very attentive. And the bartender Tina created a killer drink on the menu called the Gin around the Rosie! It was so delicious, a great balance of gin, rose syrup with a touch of strawberry ! Thank you ladies! I’ll be back.

I have been going to Cheers for years and everything was absolutely great. But now, last night was my sons Prom at the Double Tree Hilton (same place that cheers is at), so we figured since we're already there let's have diner at Cheers. What a big mistake, apparently they have made many changes and got a new chef. A new menu with only 4 entre's to choose from. 3 of us ordered chicken parm. 1 of us got a ribeye steak. Let's start with the steak, it came out almost raw. Sent it back to retire and it came back almost the same way with unrelated butter on it. Also had no flavor and no seasoning. The 3 chicken parm dishes were rigatoni noodles with a fettecini sauce on them with a little piece of grilled chicken on top with a little red sauce. That is not chicken parm.We did talk to management to express our feelings about the dinner and he was very polite and understanding and professional and our waitress was also very good at her job and also very understanding. They did treat us very well with bill and I would love to go back there but not if they keep that chef. They also did inform us that there was a chef change too since we were there our last time.By the way, when my son got out of his prom the very first thing he said about the prom is that the food sucked. Then we dropped off his tuxedo today and come find out that the place asked us how everything went, we said everything was fine with the tux but my son said that the highlight of the night was that the food tucked. They laughed and said that is what everybody is saying when they are returning their tux's. By the way we rented his tux at Fifty Fifty in Sinking Spring and they were excellent.I hope the Hilton makes some changes in the near future or I don't think there will be a future for them.

First off I want to say our server was amazing. Her name was Wilma yes like from the flint stones. She clearly is a hustler. I saw her working so hard making the best that she could for the guests. And she needed to because. The food was just awful. The chicken sandwich was the horrendous. Dry burnt and who knows t what the crust was. But it was practically black. I had them replace it with a burger. Now the burger was cooked nice but obviously they dont know what seasoning is. From the table next to us you can get how disappointed they were with under cooked meat and then coming back stilllncold. The chicken park apparently is the chefs version of chicken parm which means it’s not chicken parm but some fish with. Hi Ken and I’m gonna assume Parmesan cheese apparently new chef already needs to be fired and the need a real chef not some line cook who has worked longer than others.
