I absolutely appreciate and love the customer service at Chik-fil-A. The politeness is priceless. They smile and greet you, they bring your food out to you, they remove your trash, and tell you to have a nice day. There is a designated pick-up person and someone on lobby duty. They are truly one of a kind in fast food restaurants in my opinion. The food is great and the restaurant is clean. Exceptional in my opinion.

The food was good, I do like my waffle fries a little more done. I got the original chicken deluxe for a change and really liked it. Their chicken nuggets are still the best. The only down was my youngest gets the spicy chicken sandwich and she said it had no kick, like they accidentally gave her an original.

Good food and good service. Lots of space and the area is clean. Definitely recommend coming here with children as there is a play area enclosed with a climbing frame and tunnel. Lots of parking available and conveniently located.

This is the absolute worst Chick fil a I've ever been to from CA to NY. My family and I were on a trip and starving. We felt safe choosing a Chickfila. Service was normal. Except the person serving our food at the drive thru had huge herpes/ cold sore infection on her lip that was causing a large part of her face to look infected as well. Not sanitary or safe for customers. When we got our food we tried to shrug it off. Yhe lemonade tasted like nothing we ever had. It tasted old rancid. The bacon egg and cheese biscuits were disgusting so oily, with hard old bacon and dry old eggs. These are our favorite so super disappointed. We also had the chicken egg white and it literally made our care smell like cow manure. The chicken egg and cheeses was burned. The tater tots looked they had freezer burn and were fried anyway. With a bunch of crusty white stuff all over them and they smelled. We also had chicken minis which were the only thing that resembled a Chickfila meal but they were cold. The 4.6 stars for this restaurant must be by the employees or management, because it's not true. We ended up literally throwing away the $60 we spent on breakfast and had a car of unhappy kids, husband and mother in law. Really unfair. Get better. We're not a picky family, I never write reviews. But this was a horrible experience. There are so many bad reviews for this place for food quality!

A fantastic place and the best fast food joint. The people who take your order are fast and polite and everyone feels enthusiastic. One would not be enthusiastic to work at a fast food restaurant, but they put up a good face and I respect it as someone who worked at McDonald's (hellhole of a place 😭). The food comes out punctually and always hot and they've never gotten my order wrong. I'm rooting for everyone working here. Thank you for making my meal breaks between college classes enjoyable. Just wish Chic fil a in general wasn't homophobic 🥲
We eat here about 2-3 times per week, this store just recently they changed to new starchy fries (which come out stale, dry and hardened...we think they are horrible). To the Store owner, I will change my review to 5 stars if you bring the old fries back. I can't believe that this change somehow was approved by corporate. I think you will regret this decision.
