(Oh wow, and the food is cold smh) This really might be the most unorganized chick fil a. The wait is always extremely long no matter you go inside or drive thru. This is the 3rd time the left lane went 10x faster than the right lane. I now have my food along with 4 other cars behind me, but we’re all waiting for the car in front with a massive order. I asked one of the workers if they could move the car to the mobile order parking spot to let us go but refused

This place is as high quality as any of the other local chick fil as. We stopped by the drive thru later in the evening and were still greeted with a smile. Food was hot and fresh.

Always great food, helpful and patient employees and our 1 year old enjoyed herself too. She loved the pictures of other children on the wall and enjoyed waving and saying hi to them. LOL. I think she may have wondered why they weren't waving back at her though. A great place to find refreshment and rest during a busy day of shopping.

Customer service fell off quality of service fell off. Ordered a simple chicken sandwich to have roaches in the bag. Worst chick fil a in penn and the line was full 2 lines across guess people got some extra protein

Stopped into Chic Fil A for a quick lunch after watching my son compete at a competition at “Time to Rise Fitness”. There was a line but it moved very quickly. The food arrived correct. It was okay but not anything to rave about. I don’t care for the chicken tenders. The establishment was very clean and all the staff were very kind.
